Call was transferred to me by Catherine. recognized her name which was a lead assigned to Paige. Tried transferring her to Paige but there was no response so I took the call instead of having her wait.

Dr looking to build a brand new site (no current one). Has her own client base already from previous practice. Dr has a logo concept in mind and is open to create a new one or work off of that. Not lookign for any marketing at this point yet but maybe in the future.

Proposed to the Platinum package. Gave her pointers on what we do vs others when it came to QPS.

Dr asked to send her the info so she can review. Didn’t have much questions but was really nice.

Sent her a proposal for the Platinum, also put in the GOLD so she can review too, didn’t discuss Gold but just put there just in case pricing was an issue.
