You did a great Job with the Website. We really like it. Thanks for all your help.
I just noticed that I am still getting charged a monthly hosting fees of $79/month since May of 2017. So I have been getting charged mistakenly for last 5 months ( May, June, July, August,September 2017) . We had made it perfectly clear that we only wanted Optimized 360 to develop the website and we were going to host it on “Go Daddy” as soon as it was ready. As soon as The website development was finished, we moved it to “go daddy” in July. They had told me that there would be no hosting charge while the website was getting developed.
Please let me know how to stop getting charged the hosting fee and get reimbursed for $395 that we were charged extra. Thanks for all your help in resolving this issue!

Created a Jotform account for Dr. Kulkarni, copied over all the forms, and sent credentials to her and her new hosting company.

We love it.. an amazing first impression! Just the way we wanted it.
Few suggestions-
1 : address on top left seems small, can we use a bigger font and move it further to the top left corner? Can we make the address hyperlinked so it opens in google maps directly?
2: Should we make the logo slightly bigger? I like the way you tweaked its colors. It looks beautiful!
Can you please send us the High Resolution Image? I need it for the sign guy .
3: The phone number on top right corner, can we hyperlink it as well so it can be dialed directly?
4: Menu letters , can we make it bigger and brighter? It might be hard to read for some people.
5: Instead of “meet Dr kulkarni ” can we name the menu Button “your dental team”? And then have doctor and staff info. can we add ” office tour” under this menu button? We plan on adding a video there later.
6: can we add a resources button to the menu options to include other forms, blogs, patient education,before and after, insurance and financial info etc?
7: Can “Grand opening August 2017” be kept as scrollable or flashing event so we can change it or include multiple messages?
8: we want to make sure that the practice gets portrayed as an elite high end family practice with heavy emphasis on cosmetics, prevention and overall health.For preventive picture, lets use a family picture.
