Regarding this request, I can see through public records that a domain name transfer is prohibited as the domain smithcw.com was recently purchased (12/1/17). The rule is, a domain name cannot be transferred until after the first 60 days of being purchased.

But if you’d like to provide me with the login credentials for your account, I can go ahead and set the email up for you. Then after the 60 days have passed, I can proceed with transferring the domain name.

Again most of the content is preliminary and can be changed. Also, the images currently being used are Dental but should be correcting themselves to images related to Chiropractic within about 24 hours or so.

I spoke to Ralph regarding design ownership which he had stated can be included at an additional price. But yes it is an option if for any reason you decide to cease using our services.

Did you have more content to provide me so I can continue populating your website?

I showed him all of the customization options available through Dashboard as well as Customizer which he liked – reassured him that he can add videos and buttons in certain areas of content.

His concern went to whether he would have ownership of the design should he decide, “for whatever reason” to leave. Confirmed with Dr. F and Belinda that it would be available for purchase for $1500 – I communicated this with Ralph just in case Dr. Smith wants to contact him regarding this.
I will let Dr. know that ownership is available for purchase at an additional price and will only provide the price should he request it.

The icons and images are for a Dental practice at the moment, but we will input appropriate icons, images and content to match your practice and specialty.

You will have customization ability and creative control, to an extent (all images and content can be changed at any time – we will be providing you with login credentials so that you can make updates to content and images yourself – or you can have myself or the support team implement changes for you, whatever your preference is). There are also numerous preset options available to present/format content within some sections.

Regarding images, our stock image resource is Shutterstock, so if you would like to choose the images yourself, you can simply email me the Stock photo ID: # of the image(s) you were interested in, and I can acquire them for you. Again, I can choose/input images for you as well, and later replace them with the pictures you have taken of the completed office.

Regarding your inquiry for Laguna Family Dental – Yes, the background image and color can be changed to match your specific color scheme.

After some thought and looking through the ones you sent me, I really am not going to be satisfied with having one of those templates. I need more creative control then that, which is why I’m going to ask for a refund. I really wanted to use you guys but I’m simply not going to be a happy customer based on the options I’m looking at. I hope this doesn’t offend your design team, but I really need more then that and the higher option is out of my budget for this.

Am I able to change the background image and such for say this example? Laguna Family Dental – I don’t mind the layout but our colors are not gold. If not, we have a little problem and need to figure out a solution asap. I was let to believe that I had more customization control based on the examples your website had done for clients. I paid a lot all things considered to be given just a simple template which could have been done for a lot less money. I thought this package came with more creative control and your higher package was out of my budget for this. I specifically explained this to the person who sold me on using Optimized360 and I’m not in the mood quite frankly to be taken for another ride with being deceived and locked into contracts. I just went through that with another company and this has me on edge.

Dr. did have a slight misunderstanding of the product – He thought that he would be able to customize elements of a template. (customize menu effect – add custom tabs to framework)
I explained to him that we can change text and images as well as add buttons, image sliders and various elements in certain areas of each section, but that the overall framework of the design cannot be changed. Let him know that sections can be hidden and if he had a specific request for a section I would most likely be able to work it in.

Please disregard the current content on each site, they’re just there to exemplify what the website would look like with content – Images and text can be edited.

Also, with these template designs, the structure is locked in (we cant move around sections add additional sections or add customized elements to the site – though elements within each section can be customized – we can add buttons, image sliders and various other elements in certain areas of each section). We can also change the color scheme (where it is applicable in the design) as well.
Another good thing about this system is that we have 22 designs to choose from (with an additional 20 we are working on adding within the next quarter or two of next year) that you can change to at any time if you’d like.

In addition, sections of the design can be hidden if you didn’t want them to be present in the design. (please note, that not every section available is currently visible in these design examples I had provided – but if you wanted something specific added into the design, I would most likely be able to include it in one of the sections).

To get started, here’s what I’m think. I really like this website (http://www.batesdental.com) that you guys made to model off of. I pretty much like everything about it. We are redesigning the interior of the practice so I won’t be about to get the best photo. Are there stock photos that you have that we can choose from that would look good there? I wouldn’t mind even if it’s another offices waiting room at this point. No one is going to call me out on it lol. I like the tabs on the left where it says (book an appointment, new patient special, make a payment) Please see attached for mission statement and photo w/ bio. As far as tabs below that.
