LC4 Super polite.. Dario said have been getting a boat load of calls for this project. Has not had time to really figure it out which way they are going but will let me know.

LC3 Spoke to Dario and he said did go over the proposal asked a few questions about the costs. and what monthly fee was. Asked about f/b page-- he does it now. Told him an additional cost to revamp and re create optimized page and $800 to add on- asked about ongoing a la carte items -- Adv SEO, discussed what we would do and recommend that 10 hrs mini to do a decent job for his area. Asked about ownership and I said this a custom site, but utilizes a layout that is not owned, so would be available to buy at a later time if he wanted to own it and host it elsewhere, but told him why he would not want to do that--no support. Nice guy...will talk w/Wife over this and will let me know. Told him I'd call Monday for decision.
