Spoke to dr per our scheduled call. Spent over an hour on the phone with dr.

Narrowed down us with PBHS. PBHS has the TRUFORM which I was familiar with cause they are “exclusive” to a software that is used by Oral Surgeons. Anyone buying website with PBHS has to use that software and anyone buying that software has to use PBHS for website. But dr stated that he thinks its not and can be used with any software. He wasn’t too 100% sure but was shopping around for practice mgmt software and was askign for suggestions and this feature. Told dr that it is based on the software’s capability and has nothing to do with the site we develop which dr then understand. Very nice guy.

Went over a lot as far as SEO, he is in a very small town and is a specialist with only 1 other competitor. He should not have a problem with SEO.

Bought practice from another dr, has a website already. Gave suggestion to redirect that to his own domain cause current url is the previous dr’s name. He liked that idea. Also advised him about the history (301) to preserve whcih he was not aware to do so cause he was planning on ditching that domain. Dr once again was appreciative with the suggestion.

With the forms, told dr we can do forms to download.

Went over videos, dr was looking at 3d4 videos as well while on the phone with me.

Also went over facebook which i gave him suggestions on how to go about utilizing it.

Suggested to go with Platinum. Went over the features and pointed out to him how we differ from others when it came to QPS.

Dr stated that he is heavily weighing bt us and pbhs primarily cause of the truform which i pointed out to him that that is not as important as the website cause getting them to even want to be a patient is the 1st step and even if they get to the functionality of the truform, are they even going to use it.

Dr was super nice. Sent him proposal with all the info again to review. F/u next week.

Called dr’s cell. Dr stated that his # may disconnect cause he’s driving in an area that has poor connection. has about 5 mins.

Spoke to dr only for only 2 mins… dr briefly told me he s joining a practice where the agreement is that he will eventually take over and own the practice. Dr did go on our site and get an idea on what we do.

Started talking to dr about comparison with our work vs others… then phone disconnected.

Called dr back, lm on his cell. Told him to call me later on today or this week and that i will email him right now with some general info and examples and to schedule a call to pick up where we had left off.
