Chan, can you get me data for Dr. Roytberg’s other account: madison ave endo cp # 103191 ? I need total # of visitors to their site for at least 2 months before we did the PPC and also after the PPC. I know they had paused the ppc the other week so if you can before and after the ppc. Jade understands visitors does not translate patients. Also if you can give me the “bounced rate” for them as well 2 months prior and 2 months after. Time spent on the site on avg per visitor and # of page on avg per visitor.

I told her i will have this ready by next Wed cause i need to put in a request.

I am in communication with Jade (manager) at this location cause she s all about marketing data and performance so she wants to see how the # of visitors increased from the marketing.

had a long call with Jade. She’s the manager there but knows alot about marketing and seems to handle all the office affair. very bright.

Went over how the design process works with us but it seems before doing any makeover, she wanted to knkow more about marketing and other features. Marketing was primarily call tracking if we proivded it cause she is all about tracking. Told her how call trackign works and how she can do that herself vs going through a company that doesn’t specialize in it and will upsell. Took awhile for her to undersatnd but understood so she will research and contac them directly. She’s all about data as well cause marketing does not translate to patients which is good that she knows the purpose of marketing. The call tracking is for her to see what marketing she’s doing is working or not cause she’s already doing a variety of them. Also for phone tracking, she understands the importance of the recording to check how the staff are conversing that could affect the new patients or patient retention (quality control). She s also interested in PPC later on but that’s more after the web is redevelop. Discussed SEO as well cause she has a general idea but not entirely cause it seems more about her hearing what others are saying. Clarified it with her how it works as far as quality which we went into social media. Quoted her $999 + $129/m for social package with 1 article. Her concern also was history cause she thought design change would effect that which i explain that it doesnt but the opposite (optimization boost). Whats important is the domain and redirects in future.

Asked about video commercial- will email her link to smartshoot and examples of clients with it and also example of it on the design. Also sent her examples of current web projects (concept and developed).

She wanted to see some of Dr. Roytberg’s GA before and after either web change and/or marketing. Told her i’ll l see what i can get and will send to her next week. (prob will get data for Madison Ave Endo that we did web for and then marketing to show the # of visitor to the site before and after ppc.

Texted Simon (Dr. Roytberg) to see if he wants to start on this project. Anna his wife wanted to finish up the Endo site which is basically done. Waiting on response.

50% of initial $1,750 still needs to charge on this. This is a separate entity and the card used for this was from Madison Endo (CP: 103191).

Chan will credit back $1,250 on the Madison which is minus $500 (pt forms they ordered over there).
