Hello Phil,
Thank you for taking my call this morning. Again, I apologize for the missunderstanding and confusion. It’s no easy task to move any site I admit!
Below are general instructions for your new webmaster to review (it’s general information and your server might be set up differently).
DOMAIN:
Please log onto your godaddy.com account and navigate to: https://dcc.godaddy.com/dcc50/default.aspx?activeview=incomingaccountchange&refresh=true&
OR use the main menu:

If you accept the domain, it’ll show up inside your account.
WEBSITE FILES:

I’ve reorganized the files so that it may guide your webmaster on where/what things are. Again, I stress that someone with deep knowledge of WordPress and Database management complete these items. Here are general steps to take:
1. Install WordPress on your new server. Please have FTP and DATABASE/MySQL access.
2. Log onto your server via FTP and upload the following files:
a) “tatianatheroux” (located inside child-theme folder on Dropbox) into root > wp-content > themes
b) “rogue” (located inside parent-theme folder on Dropbox) into root > wp-content > themes
c) “uploads” into root > wp-content (override current files)
d) “plugins” into root > wp-content (please unzip files and override current ones online)
3. Log onto your database/myPhpAdmin and import “vitalmobiledentalhygienecom.sql”
4. While in your database, change the table prefix of “.._users” and “.._usermeta” to “wp_302_users” and “wp_302_usermeta”
5. Log onto your server via FTP and access the file labeled “wp_config.php” and change the table_prefix to “wp_302_”
This should be most of it and allow you to have a functioning site. There might be minor adjustments in the database, but your new webmaster would have to take a look and see where the settings are different.
