Called Dr. Nabavi as Jessica was out of the office.
She was concerned about her website had the wrong telephone. But she placed me on hold without letting me know. Asked if she was still on the line; Called her back, she was upset that I hung up.
Looked up her website to check the telephone number and it showed correct. Asked her what she was looking at, she said “dentist 78410” on Google. Figured it might have been a listing that we don’t know, asked her to contact the person who created that listing/website. She said she owns the site; requested that she sends me the URL or read it. She would not and was getting frustrated that I didn’t see what she was seeing.
I repeated the domain that we have “dentistSincorpuschristi.com” and started reading off the telephone and address for her to confirm. She stopped me and said “do you think im stupid? stop talking right now, you think im stupid” — Told her I am repeating this so that I can confirm we are referring to the same website.
As im talking to her, I searched her terms and clicked around and saw that there was another website “dentistincorpuschristi.com” (not plural) and explained that this is not the site we have created. She didn’t believe me, so I told her, the site we made for you will not show up on google yet, it’ll be at least a month or so before it shows up… For sure it’s a different site. She realized that her husband might have created this site and said “you know what, my husband always messes things up for me.” Did a WHOIS and asked her if she remembers “business promotion company” she said she has no idea. Suggested that we email the company to make these changes, the access she’s provided does not have that domain in it.
She stopped me again and said “Why isnt my website going to show on google” — told her that it will, but it takes time as the site is new. She said she owned the site for 5 years already how is it new. Explained that we created a different one, until we have domain, then we will merge the temporary site and the design. She got upset and said “design is taken care of with Jessica.” Attempted to explain that, but I stopped since she wasn’t going to listen anyway or might not understand. She said “maybe I shouldn’t have signed up with your company” — I said you would have to speak to Justin to ensure we are delivering the correct results for you.
Asked for Justin to call back on cell. Asked her the time, she did not want to answer. HAd to ask again, she said now. Asked if she wants to be transferred, she said no and got upset. She started mumbling and voice trembling and said she’s on her office line (didn’t know it was office line) and said he’ll call back as soon as possible.

Suggested to Dr. F and Justin to cancel the account because I saw that she had already complained prior to this (this was since the beginning of our call that I already saw the note), regarding something that was not of our control.
Spoke to Dr. Nabavi in regards to Rep Mngmt and questions she had for additional services. sent FU email
