Talked with Kevin about some fine details: Said needs by April 21st.
One main site and all others mirror corp. site– micro site
Each office is “owned” by ADV dermo. Will have a domain name but does not know how that will be handled-told him we will buy and register it for each site as part of the product, but keeping in their own acct, may be option. he will figure that part out.
For support- wants us to support each location– if they need something changes—told him option to have a point person at corp that can control as option and filter all work done.
said just signed a “patient survey” company called Xamplify, that will be rolled out nationally. told him to find out if text, email, or on the site-if on the site, will need the code.
Currently has 40 domain names— he has to figure out if we will need those transferred and start a log of them with details.

LC1– Kevin called me back- recently hired as corp marketing mgr. Has a huge project to update the entire corp site and all the locations. Has 180 offices now and about 40 have a “skin” of Advanced Derma” web page- does not link directly from to back to the corp site. Has zip code searchability and maps coded. Wants to incorporate the shopping cart but has a person maintaining it and updating it. Does not think IT dept will manage this. Had a guy doing this originally and now he moved in contracts and acquisitions so wants proposal for us to maintain and manage and one where we design and hand off to them. Old developers handed off to them and hasnt been updated much at all in 2 yrs. Said roll out will be slow and steady, and not all at once. Said mostly looking for ability to handle a big project like this, maintain it for them, communications with them easy, initial costs and monthly fees. Said will likely select 2 companies and then decide based on his over-all feeling of who fits the bill best. Super nice guy… knows this is a huge undertaking looking for support to make his first project a good impression of his abilities.
Plan on talking w/ Sean to get a better grip on our ability to do this.

LC1 Went over aspects w/Danny first to see what we would be able to do for the account. Perfect scenario would be to design something and hand it over for them to manage. We will be able to carry over all the codes to the new design and features and functionality would be the same as now. –
