I wanted to talk to you along with Erica (my office manager) about anything Optimized 360 offers for building our online/social media presence and additional positive reviews (our reviews have been very positive, I would just like to grow the number of them).

I know a laser center that uses demand force and has a lot of reviews but I believe it sends reviews to EVERY patient. I would like to know if there is a way to selectively choose which patients you send reviews to or not and what is the least time consuming process and most cost effective?

We are available from 8-9 am eastern time on Mondays and Wednesdays (preferred time) or could do from 12-12:30pm eastern time during our lunch on a monday-thursday if one of those days would work to discuss?

Draft #1 Feedback- 04/21/17

Option #1: I didn’t think this one the mountains looked representative/realistic of Arizona. It reminded more of Colorado and the colors didn’t remind me more of the desert.

Option #2: I like the colors of the word Biltmore. The word dermatology was kind of plain in that font. On the website, a business card, or the sign for my business I potentially foresee a black or darker background and want colored letters that will contrast well with that background in mind or are bold, potentially more desert like, I like the color of the sun in this option. I would prefer to see a more realistic looking mountain of Arizona rather than an “animated appearing” mountain. I will send some photos of some that I like. (the mountain from the view at Enchantment Resort in Sedona, Arizona).

Option #3 Too much of the same color. The lion doesn’t strike me. Kind of appears like one of the cardboard stands of a model or animal etc that has a cut out for the head and you have your photo taken. That’s what it looks like that lion was doing there.

Option #4 Remind me more of Colorado mountains with snow rather than Arizona. Prefer more desert type colors with a darker background in mind as mentioned previously.

Option #5,& 7: The logos don’t appeal to me and look generic not anything specific to me or Arizona.

Option #6 Similar to Option 4 comments

Option #8: This was my favorite. I like the layout and font of Biltmore and the word Dermatology. I would potentially would like to see the word Biltmore in the same color as Biltmore in Option 2. The word Dermatology in orange would look nice on a darker background. I would like to see sun more as the same color in Option 2.

I had some ideas with Option 8 moving forward with the logos you are going to send with Sprites. I would like to see changes above in Option 8 with a sprite in front of the Sun rather than a mountain, I would like to see an option with changes above only with a realistic looking Sedona mountain with the sun rising behind.

We constantly stay up to date with all of Google’s requirements and whenever there are changes, we update this on our client’s website.

In this package Optimized 360 will set up a Company Facebook, Google Plus, and Twitter account for me and post content to it periodically and maintain it as part of the monthly $99 fee?
That is confirmed. It will also be branded so it is consistent with your website’s design.

Optimized 360 will also purchase my domain name for me as well as the web hosting (Google) and pay for its renewal each year for me?
That is correct. If you look at page 2 of the contract. This is a default feature. We will register and renew this each year on your behalf. You are the owner of this domain if you wish to take it with you in the future. With your domain hosting, it also includes EMAIL HOSTING. Email will be setup based on your domain name.

Optimized 360 will set up a company email for me and staff in my office on Google and those fees to set up/renew/maintain are covered in my $99 a month fee?

If I have any content changes to the website/new content to add or something I want to add to Facebook like a photo or video etc I can call or email Optimized 360 and you will add it for me?
Yes, all updates to your website or social, we will handle this for you on-demand which is unlimited. Our support is excellent in the future with fast turn-around time. You can contact us via email, submit a ticket from your account, or give us a call during business hours.

The monthly fees have no associated contract associated with them correct?
That is correct. Everything with us is on a month to month contract. We don’t do long-term contracts like other companies. These are red flags for hidden fees and other disclosures.

Lastly, I have full ownership of my website/source code/domain name/social media sites etc that you create for me correct?
That is correct. You have full ownership of everything that is provided for you or by us. This is a feature that we offer that many other companies can not offer. When you deal with tempates or “custom design” companies, you are not allowed to own your site or take it with you since others are using it so your site shuts down if you cancel with them.

Opening dermatology/skin care in Aug. He stated he’s a nurse (not dr). not sure if he will be having an actual dermatologist.

Went over everything with him as far as QPS. in a non-competitive area and will consider marketing in the future but for now not yet. Went over th Gold and Platinum.

He doesn’t know much about internet. Shopping around, had questions about what others brought up as far as back links, citations, review management, etc which I’ve clarified.

Emails he may want to use GMAIl in the future for the practice based on his domain, went over how to setup it up.
