Based off of your recent feedback and notes, I have created a new batch of logo designs. Please note that since there were no examples of “abstract”, I used my best judgement to play around with the initials of Dr. Smith’s name instead. Also, your notes/ideas have changed since the initial logo design, therefore we need to make sure this is exactly what Dr. Smith wants to avoid going back and forth. I hope these are closer to the final!

Thank you for the new batch of logos. Unfortunately, they are not what Dr. Smith is looking for. What he wants is complete abstract, in other words not a molar. Would you be able to stress that part to the designers of the logo? Dr. Smith suggested perhaps some abstract form of a smile or perhaps some creative lettering with his initials, but not a molar. Also, we need to add into the website an information button for Sleep Apnea, and dental sleep appliance. Dr. Smith is very involved with helping his patients with sleep apnea. Dr. Smith would like to add some additional colors to the website, that being like a pewter gray color, maybe the buttons/tabs. Please let me know your thoughts on these matters. I do realize that you are on vacation. I am really hopping to get the site up and running by mid-Septemeber as the latest.

My name is Belinda and am filling in for Desirae while she’s out. I wantd to answer/comment on a few items you’ve mentioned, if you can respond, that would be great!

1. In regards to your website, we have Sleep Apnea content on the site but not sleep appliances. We currently have articles for Mouth Guards and Dental Appliances, please let me know if you’d like for me to place them onto the website.

2. Making Sleep Apnea more apparent on the site: What I suggest is to turn the header region into a slider where it rotates. The first slide is the logo introducing the business and second slide can introduce Sleep Apnea. Patients can click onto it to learn more about the condition and/or appliances regarding it.

3. Adding Additional Colors: While we cannot change the overall colors of the design without recoding the site, I can definitely add buttons in the slider with the pewter grey you’ve mentioned. We can also, adjust the menu color as well. Let me know if you’d like to do that.

4. LOGO: To get a visual indicator of what you’re looking for, I’ve searched a few examples, please let me know if these were closer to what you’re looking for. This way we’ll get a better idea and be able to send something you’d (hopefully) love!

1. You will receive an initial five concepts to start with. We can mix and match designs! At this point, try to focus on shapes and fonts rather than color.
2. Revisions: You will get approximately to 5 rounds of revisions. Let us know what suites you and what does not, don’t worry, we’ll try our best to get them as close as possible!
3. Approval: After the logo is approved, we’ll send you a set of files that can be used with any print shop or graphic designer. We’ll also add it to the website.

Yes, I did receive the draft, and feel like you are on the right track. I did talk with Dr. Smith about labeling the current site as under construction, he would prefer not to do that. Also, to update you, about pictures because of vacations and days off, we are not having our team and office pics taken until July 20th. Let me know about how to incorporate our patient forms and the appointment request links into the site. Do we need to coordinate with Dentrix for that? Let me know what else I need to be providing for you.
