Spoke to Peggy. Super nice. Gave me overview of their issue with Officite. She had to do everything and had to take control. They have no feedback. Paying a lot each month but getting nothing.

Dr been around for over 20 years, great guy but only getting 3 new patients a month. She understands the need for a website.

Pointed out to her how the site needs to be functional and reflect the practice. They don’t know who he is or how great he is. We focus on getting high visitor conversion designing a site to reflect all this which is what they are lacking.

Showed her Dr. Fedorciw down the street dominating the 1st page.

They are only in the G+ section. Good change to show up in the SEO area for Hamden. Gave her 2 routes: Web Makeover (possibly on organic in a few months) or Web + SEO… based on their budget.

I guessed and was right that they are paying $500/m with them which i pointed out how much it cost each year ($6k).

She will review and talk to dr and may have more questions. Hot lead. It is based on their budget at this point. May need to break up into installments similar to their current pay of $500/m
