My email to Dr. Miyamoto:
Hello Dr. Miyamoto,
I’ve reached out to our CEO regarding the credit card disputes and also saw that it is still current. Please let us know if that has changed.
I am also forwarding an email directly from our CEO, Sean Fahimi, detailing occurrences on your account.

Dear Dr. Miyamoto,
My name is Dr. Sean Fahimi, and I am the CEO of Optimized360. As a dentist and out of respect for my colleague I decided to write to you directly to make sure there is no misunderstanding between you and our company. I think months of hard work has brought us results and we are glad to see you on the first page of Google. We were very proud of the work we have done for you, but, were disappointed when we saw a dispute of legitimate charges of your account. So, we took a look and we would like to send you a review of the events and account status, so you are aware of the details. Also, we will reflect our decision about your account considering the fact you have disputed the basic charges for services already provided.
As you know your initial domain name was banned from Google because of unauthorized use of that website address by your agents or former vendors. This usually happens if a domain is used for spamming, spreading virus or malware and or display or distribution of questionable content. This event had nothing to do with our company whatsoever.
We found out about this after your new website was connected to your old domain. There was nothing wrong with the website that we initially built for you whether technically or content wise. As you may recall you actually were concerned that the website is indexed by Google back in April (sharonmiyamoto.360sites.net). The site under our domain was so optimized that Google found it in a matter of days and it was showing on the result page as you may remember. We hid it later because of your request until you were ready to go live.
But, when the site was connected to your old domain, it was removed from Google’s listing by Google and following our investigation and attempt to get Google remove the ban, even after multiple requests Google did not reverse their decision due to the problematic history of your website address before you joined our company. At this point, we would usually charge for any additional work on a project like this as we had done everything by the book, but, Danny insisted to get an exemption for your account, and we basically went over the setup of the website all over again and re-did all the steps creatinig you the second website. Again, Google quickly found the relationship between the domains and banned your second domain as well. We assume the people you worked with in the past have really misused this domain.
As you know, we did create a Business Review Central profile for you and started SEO work on it, then, we re-created the third website with a new design and started adding new content one page at a time and continued SEO work on that to get it to the first page as soon as possible. We reviewed your account and wanted to share with you the amount of credit that has been issued to you so far.
These are the list of charges that were waived on your account:
1- Recreation of website (second site) and setup of a new domain including transfer of all content: $1,500
2- Three hours of investigation into the reasons the site is banned and attempt to remove it from the blacklist: $300
3- Creation of Business Review Central $500 + $100 per month
4- SEO work for the BRC listing: $100 per month
5- Creation of 20 pages of new content: $2,000
6- Creation of the third website and domain including a new design ($2,000)
7- SEO work for the new domain (3rd one) $100 per month
8- Transfer of the custom design to the 3rd site: $900
The total waived fees on your account are higher than your total payment so far and at this point is a setup fee of $7,200 plus $300 per month for the last couple of months which we are still extending. These are the fees that would have been charged to any clients that receive these services.
After we received your dispute, one point became very clear. It seems there is a very important point that is missed here. Our service was building a website and host it for you online. That service is completed. The listing of that service on Google has absolutely nothing to do with us. That is completely Google’s decision. The fact that you have allowed other questionable vendors access to your domain in the past also has absolutely nothing to do with us. Yet, we have offered thousands of dollars of free services to help you out of a situation that frankly not many companies can handle. Therefore, when the disputed came through we were deeply disappointed.
Let me give you a dental parallel to this situation. Imagine a patient come to you for treatment, let’s say a crown is made. Then, he goes out and is involved in an accident and loses the crown. He comes back, you feel bad for him and re-do his crown at no charge. Then, he refuses payment and dispute charges because he had to go through a few days without a crown! How would you feel? That is how we felt when we saw your dispute. We sincerely care about our clients at a personal level, and that is why our expectation is at the same level.
Since you have chosen to dispute the charges, the management has decided to remove all the unpaid services from your account and place the original site that was paid for with the original content on your domain. If in the future you face any issues with Google, please directly contact them to resolve that issue. Please note that Google is a separate entity from us and no matter who your hosting company is, their decision is not relevant to that company.
If you choose to purchase any of services we had offered you, we will be glad to accommodate that.
To re-activate your account, please resolve and remove the dispute and send us a confirmation from the credit card company that the issue is resolved. Please also send an email confirming that you understand and accept all the details above and you no longer have any dispute or objection to any of charges to your account. Also, please note that we won’t be able to re-activate any services until we receive that confirmation and verbal confirmations are not acceptable. If you like to use the two new domains we registered for you, please approve the small charge of $20/year for each domain. The decision to start the dispute process has caused a lot of lost time on both sides; we wish you had chosen a different route, but, let’s focus on the solution now.
We hope we can put this misunderstanding behind us and can focus on providing you an excellent service. We assure you that a different company would not be able to resolve such issue with Google as it involved a complicated go around that is not something many companies are capable of.
If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact me directly at the email address below
Best regards
Warm Regards
Dr. Sean Fahimi

"omg.
Both charges were reversed.
What this means is when a charge is reversed, the charges are reinstated to you.
I don’t know if you remember both charges were reinstated and paid to your company!!!
Therefore you have been paid for september!
Once a charge is reinstated, you dont rebill again for the same month. You’ve already been paid for September.
I don’t understand why you would bill me again. You’ve been paid.
Please issue a credit immediately for the October 25th charge of $79.
If you still don’t understand or need further clarification, call me on my direct number.
Please email me as soon as you have issues the credit to my credit card company tomorrow.
