spoke to dr. – very nice. – looking to do a makeover, currently with Officite, they wanted to charge him $500 to switch to another template and also charges to make some updates to include more services and patient forms. Started exploring options this morning and we are the 1st company he called.
Asked dr how much to switch template which was $500. Dr wants to see and compare other options and is open to going with custom design but not sure on budget. He was going to call Prosites next and a few others.
Told him that officite is no diff fro Prosites but a bit more. He liked our designs and was looking at our packages as I went over the Gold and Platinum. Dr has a logo already and was considering hte Gold with Video which I had offered him $4,000 + $99/m.
I threw it out there the Silver so he knows, went aggressive at $1,000 + $99/m including video. Doing this to offset the $500 from officite and possibly $1,000 to $2,000 for what Prosites will offer.
Dr gave me his email cause he had to go see a patient. Told him i’ll send him all the info to review. Very nice and potential. It all depends on his budget at this point.
