Dr emailed asked me to call her. Called her. She said she got an offer from another company “doctor’s internet” offering her $0 initial with 1st 3 months waived, after that it is $339/m with a 1-year contract.

Pointed out to her that is is $4,000 which she is paying every year compared to ours which is $900/year. What she is getting is a template and pointed out to her how easy it is for them to offer that. She also mentioned features that they are offering too like social. Told her i can add the facebook/G setup for her. Told her to jsut send me so i can review and i’ll do what i can. Dr will send.

I informed her that the websites she referenced were more traditional modern rather than spa-like or elegant and she agreed. Her primary concerns were that it captured the overall feel. She provided a wide list of colors based off of her office but was not too concerned about the colors.

Therefore, I sent an email with examples to gauge her opinions on what she liked and disliked. I sent websites with variety but within the criteria that she is allegedly specified.

– practice is opening 2-3 weeks. Understands it will take at least 4 weeks. She may want a temp site in the meantime.

– Scheduled Dr for 11:30am PST for design interview. Sent her questionnaire already.

Called dr per scheduled time. New practice opening in 3 weeks. Had a site started but fell through with a local person they knew. Talked to Officite, PBHS, & Great Dental Websites.

Gave her pointers on what they do vs us and the importance of a unique site. Spent over 30 mins talking to her giving her suggestions.

Went over SEO and PPC. Recommended to focus on PPC since its a new practice which requires immediate patients.

Went over all 3 packages. Dr wants to start with Gold and add other features in the future. Has a logo already.

Marketing: will reconnect to get her analysis of her competitors currently doing ppc. Gave her pointers on how cost-effective it is already and is sold.
