Large optical company- 3 locations, 4 optos, 4 ophthals, 1 plastic ocular surgeon. page one for all areas for various keywords. All small areas. Tanya-marketing research for these practices- knows only limited information about SEO, Asked a zillion questions about geo fencing and geo targeting. Asked if we did this. Will let her know cause do not know if this is something we can add on fort hem. She is the marketing/sales advisor , recently hired -investigating all the recurring costs. Is using 4 different companies now. Vivial, – pays $9500/yr. Ceatus (hosting and maintenance) monthly over $1000 mth/ 2 others (Hibu) that are smaller or not pat of the monthly. each office is about 15 miles apart from each other and small communities. talked about the overall budget and thinks duplicating over each other and not accountable at all. Wants a clear understanding of what they pay for. Asked her about the design of the site. Said does not know if they “love it” or not but she does not– too much information! busy! told her user experience will feel the same.
