Gave him a quick overview of what I had discussed with Jennifer. Seems like Jennifer didn’t say much. She did asked me a few technical questions that she told me Carlos had asked her to ask me which I went over again.
Carlos wanted to confirm it is WP for future editing, Mobile Responsive. SEO-friendly, able to add more pages.
They have a site for about a month now but very basic. Has a logo but wants to update that, itnersted in Social. Covered all 3 packages. Recommended 360 cause he was interested in SEO and PPC. Knows a bit about it. He asked to possibly go with Gold and add Social & Logo. Then in the future add SEO and PPC. Recommended 10 hours ($25/hr) and $500 for ppc once the site is launched. Gave him the advantage of PPC over SEO. Maybe he’ll do both cause i told him how my clients focus on PPC to get immediate traffic while SEO kicks in which takes at least 4 months for any results. By then, he will get double the exposure.
Sent him the contract so he can review and asked to reconnect tomorrow. Very nice. Will call his cell tom.

Shopping around for her husband who is a family physician/dr. He had asked her to go online and search for some physicians site, came across 1 of our clients. Liked it and looked at ours. Liked our portfolio.
Extremely nice. Went over everthing as far as QPS. Didn’t go over pricing cause she wants to vet a company 1st and then have her husband and possibly manager talk to me more in depth. Told her i will send a gen package/pricing but we can customize a custom proposal based on the features.
She had a list of questions that her IT asked her to ask me which are: If we build on WP, GA, ease of editing, hosting features and what it entails.
She didn’t want template but wants custom. Told her to b careful with “custom” cause it is customizing a template. She was not aware. Gave her overview of our design process so she sees its literally custom from scratch and that we give ownership.
Will also send her some clients in/around her area which is Boynton Beach. Assured her we are a big company with clients throughout the US with great reputation.
Jennifer was extremely nice. Sent her all the info so she can review and then discuss with husband to schedule a call.
