Asked about HIPPA-compliant. Showed her that her site is not and that she has a pt portal already which is redirected to a secured area, this will carry over.

Told her to email me her email and I wills end updated contract with as much on there per our discussion. If there are more, she can email me and we can use that as proof in writing.

NOTE: I thought the site looked familiar when she gave me the domain. I then connected it to this CP when i got off the phone with her.

Anyhow, she’s shopping around, spoke to Officite & WEbtoMed. Pointed out that they are template-based with no ownership. She likes ownership. Asked about our real competitors and who they are. Pointed out its over $8k with limitations.

She mentioned she saw about our 30-day mbg somewhere and would like to take up on that offer which i confirmed how it works. SHe understood and liked that.

She wants to be able to edit site herself cause she does that right now with WP and also add her own blog articles. Also spanish translator with “google translate”.

Sent her the proposal along with examples of current project.

Looking to switch companies cause they are not happy with them. Has 2 websites. wants to use same design but have new company host it. Main things they want to do is to edit the site themselves and have a spanish translator.

Both sites are WP. She’s not sure if they own the design/content/image after i asked her but she will find out. Told her if she does, then we can only transfer and host it but no design work. They will be able to edit the existing pages. For translator, told her 2 options, she liked the translator plugin which is more than enough. Does not need each page rewritten.

Made it clear to her that there is no design change but only work on existing pages as far as edit text and image within each page. Design work requires redesign of the site. Pointed out to her with an analogy basically telling her why we can’t but if we do, it will be expensive to retrofit so it makes sent to do makeover. This is the same for any companies she works with.

Other reason for switch is more ecomonical cost cause they are paying a lot right now. Been quoted a few hundred to switch with others.

I told her the best we can do considering its 2 sites is $500 each and $99/m each.
