LC12 Walid called me back and was greatly concerned by the # of times i called. Does not like the "sales" approach--- "best and final" offer etc... Said too many calls. Sooo. won't follow up with him and we'll see how it goes. Also said will only agree to a down payment and final payment due at the time the website is ready to launch. Said too busy now to focus attention on this since opening the new practice in a matter of weeks. Will want a flashy Wow factor for the retail aspect - that he says is going to be the biggest revenue stream for him and wants to make sure that i going to be how the site is portrayed-- so thinks alot of his time will be necessary and why he cannot start the project now. 2017-04-28 | paige.n

Has good ranking now and wants to make sure 301 redirects are done correctly. Very particular. Wants to improve the retail image and portray it better. 50 % medical and 50% retail now. Wants to only work with person here and needs to be very accessible. His time is very limited and will only have short windows of opportunity to get things completed. Walid – owner of optometry practice works as an Accountant for Cabot–big corp in MA- not the Doc. the practice has a site, but thinks needs a refresh. opening a new practice in Cambridge, MA and wants to have competitive advantage. Said has had issues with website going down, losses 50-70 calls a day if it goes down and very cautious. Has an SEO person he works with and will keep him doing it. Asked a zillion questions about “what if”..
wants help? needs service? etc. Wants someone who is competent and reliable. responsive! — stays within time line, not opening the new location until June, so really not looking to do this immediately. Showed me his competitions site, i destroyed them as a patients perspective. All ugly. so launching a beautiful site will definitely get better conversion. He is very sure of what he wants. may be good or bad, depending… since mite be demanding. Asked if we could just make the site for him and have his own hosting, told him yes, but loses “us” and he will be responsible for all things. understands that. Saw the gallery and likes Bates-wants something like that-only wants to be able to design where stuff is going, told him that is all part of the process and will be gone through with the designer. Has “lots” of content he wants to use. said may not use much of ours. Will want the custom pages for the 2nd site location and highlite the area. Has excellent ranking now does NOT want to lose that. again cautious. talked about the packages— thinks since he already has most of the platinum stuff – wants a proposal for Gold. Said to check back with him in 2 weeks. not earlier since not ready to get things started just yet. Seemed very positive w/everything we do and good fit. wanted to make sure if he signed up that I would still be point person–told him yes and will inform the designer of all that we talked about.
