I emailed LightMark Media to introduce you and let them know that you would be contacting them today about my website files and call tracking numbers. They suggested transferring them to CallRail. Let me know what you think.
If you need to point my URL to your server, please forward me some instructions and I will have my son (my IT Department :-)) take care of this. Below is the email that I received from Lightmark about the termination of my website, etc. with them. Please let me know if you need anything.

Hi Dr. Malone,
As previously mentioned, we need a response from you by end of day on April 30 regarding what you plan to do regarding both the transferal of your phone tracking numbers, and the transferal of website files to you for use on an alternate server of your choosing.
1. Transferal of Phone Tracking System. You have the option of either transferring these phone numbers to a system of your choosing (CallRail is the best one), or change out the numbers to a single land line. Please respond with which option you prefer by end of day April 30. If you elect to use an alternate call tracking system and you’d like assistance porting the numbers, we need to have the appropriate contact information and login access info by April 30 to assist.
If no response, we will change all the call tracking numbers to your office landline number on Monday, May 1, and cancel the call tracking numbers in use. At that point in time, we will not be able to transfer them to another provider.
2. Transferal of website files and database. As outlined in my original email, please respond by end of day on April 30 to let us know if you’d like Lightmark to move your website files to WPEngine for no charge or migrate your website for you elsewhere for $200. If you have selected an alternate hosting service, please provide the contact name/login information to us by April 30.
If no response, we will send your website files to you on Monday, May 1, for your own usage. Your website will no longer be working at this time.
If we can get the ball rolling now, we can ensure a seamless transition and no interruption to your website.

Called and spoke to Dr. Malone, he said he had canceled his Adwords back when with Danny and then again with Brent in January and yet we continued to bill him. I reviewed the account and there was no notice of pausing the campaign or cancellation and informed him, we would have needed a written request or some sort of email proof. He again went back to it being a "he said, she said situation" and that I would not have records in the notes but he surely said it. I explained the funds were already dispursed and used for his January campaign but we can surely pause the campaign now and discontinue the billing onwards. He kept insisting on a compromise. I agreed to waive one month $79 past due but he would have to still cover the $500 OM past due to bring his account back to current standings.
