He obtained early acceptance to the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine where he earned his D.O. degree in 2001. He completed his residency in Neurological Surgery at the University of Kansas Hospital and served as Chief Resident from 2006- 2007.
Following residency, Dr. Ha served in the U.S. Army at the rank of Major at Madigan Army Medical Hospital at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. There, he had the honor of providing neurosurgical care to Active Duty Service Members including aviators, pilots, and the elite soldiers of the Rangers and Special Forces battalion. In 2010, he deployed with the 53rd Head and Neck Surgical Team to Joint Base Balad, Iraq. As the only military neurosurgeon for the U.S. and coalition forces in the Iraq, Dr. Ha served as Theatre Neurosurgery Consultant. For the care that he provided in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn, Dr. Ha was awarded the Army Commendation Medal. He was Honorably Discharged from the U.S. Army in 2011 and subsequently joined Fourth Corner Neurosurgical Associates.
Dr. Ha is Board Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS) and has expertise in minimally invasive spine surgery. Dr. Ha is a leader in cervical disk replacement surgery and has taught many other spine surgeons this complex procedure. As an osteopath he embraces a holistic approach to neurosurgical problems and patient care.
Dr. Ha spearheaded the development of the Cascade Outpatient Spine Center (COSC) and currently serves as the Medical Director. He is a Board Member of the Washington Ambulatory Surgery Center Association and a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.
When not operating, Dr. Ha’s passion is his family. He enjoys fitness, outdoor activities and traveling with his wife and two daughters.”

Dr. Meredith was born in Korea and spent most of his primary and secondary school career in the Netherlands. Dr. Meredith graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Neuroscience. He then went on to attend the University of Connecticut School of Medicine from which he graduated with his M.D. degree in May, 2000. He completed his general surgery internship and residency in neurological surgery at the University of Kansas Hospital in 2006. Following employment at the University of Kansas and the Kansas City VA Medical Center Dr. Meredith spent a year in private practice in Phoenix Arizona in 2010 where he developed further interest and expertise in adult degenerative spinal disorders. He then returned full time to the Kansas City VA Medical Center where he took on increasingly more complex adult spinal degenerative and deformity cases.
Dr. Meredith regularly attends continuing medical education courses on adult spinal deformity and adult degenerative spinal disease. His clinical interests and expertise lie predominantly in these areas. He is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons and actively participating in Maintenance of Certification (MOC).
Administratively, Dr. Meredith has particular interest and expertise in peer review and insurance case review. He actively works with the state health departments of several states to help improve health care policy and review quality of care issues.
Dr. Meredith enjoys spending time with his wife, two small children as well as their two puppies. He and his wife are avid runners and together have completed over 10 marathons.”
