I emailed Erica, Anya and Jameson (IT person) with a link to the Dropbox folder containing the site files and the instructions for installing them. I called Erica to follow up, but she was in a meeting and unavailable until the afternoon. I’ll try her again later today.

Left a message on Erica’s direct line – Hoping we can start planning the file transfer on Monday.

Please add 30px of padding to News & Events posts in the list view in order to separate them from each other a bit more.

Please make the featured images within News & Events posts span the full width of the page.
Make a fixed size full width div with the featured image displayed as a background.

Please move both arrows closer to the text so it doesn’t get hidden and please make them white to match text.

In the News & Events list view, please style the “Read More” links to look like buttons.
Please have the buttons match the style of the buttons in the hero slider.

I emailed Erica and Anya to let them know that we have completed all of their requested changes, and that we can transfer the site files to them as soon as they are ready.

The client would like the Category views to not contain the Featured images column.

Please create a new Archive template for this theme that does not include the Featured Image column, and apply it to all Category pages.

On the Meet Our Staff page:
+ Please add the doctor’s name under each photo.
+ Please add the doctor’s photo to their bio page.
+ Please remove any duplicate doctors

home page: In the section below testimonials – Please make the scrolling logos static – no more scrolling.

The Blue floating tab on the left side of the screen that reads “SCHEDULE Your Appointment Today!” – Please hide this tab in the mobile view.

I spoke to Erica – We went over the changes Belinda made to clean up the look of the site – replacing the hero video with a slider, standardizing the font styles, changing the spacing, etc. I asked Erica to focus on getting the content dialed in, and told her that I would focus on getting it to look good. She agreed to that, and specifically agreed to getting rid of the logo carousel.

Please make the dropdown pages for menu items appear automatically on hover.

The doctor bios pop up when you click on their names. Please put the bios in Toggle modules. I made one as an example.

In the mobile view, the footer menu expands so that all of the dropdown options are exposed. There are over 25 options. Please ensure that only the top-level menu options show in the mobile view.

Please make the “Chronic Pain” video in the Welcome section larger in relation to the text.

Please bring the hero video above the fold. Have the bottom of the video be no lower than 800 pixels from the top of the page, if possible.

Make the input fields in the Get In Touch contact form white instead of transparent.

Make the logo scrolling continuous. There should be no long sections of white space between the logos.

In mobile view, remove quote icons from testimonial text.

Add 30px of padding between News & Events images in mobile view

Please make the Conditions We Treat, Pain Treatments and Schedule Your Appointment sections full-width with 30px padding in between.

Please adjust the social media icons in the footer section so that they are below the level of the menu.

Erica feels that the video makes the front page look too busy, and will probably go with standard text and images on the hero slider instead. She would like to tweak the front page content and make the hover effect tabs on the COE graphic larger. She agreed to send a screen shot showing the size dimensions she has in mind along with any written content that she would like to include.

We quoted Erica $300 for video and she agreed. Need to process payment. Please review and send to Chan.

FYI — she saw the video on the site and didn’t like it, but the work was done already. She doesn’t have an issue but just letting you know.

The News and Events section needs to show Recent Posts, and not be hard-coded. The images should be the Featured Images from the posts.

Include hover effects ***wherever possible*** (the client would like lots of motion) and link all buttons/links to related pages.

Below are specific instructions:

1) For the circular graphic in the Center Of Excellence section: The colored squares that contain captions (Medical Department, Alternative Care Department, Physical Reconditioning Department, Behavioral Department) should have hover effects applied.
It is OK if the full graphic doesn’t appear in small screen sizes, but those four squares do need to appear.
The graphic is saved to Dropbox as an Illustrator file.

2) Please employ parallax scrolling.

3) The hero slider should contain the following video from Shutterstock:
