I've assured him that we do this on a daily basis and that we will preserve everything. told him its just a sales tactic to scare him. “Thank you for the response and update. Summertime is just 4 months away but I know you can get better Visitor Conversion with our new site which takes about 1 month to launch.
Would it help instead of delaying to restructure it so you can pay what you’re paying right now at $300/m and then when Summertime which is when you would want to make the switch anyway. Basically, we’re going backwards based on the fee restructure working with WHAT you are already paying right now at $300/m!
This is my idea for the 1st.
1st 4 months: $300/m
next 6 months: $600/m
remaining month to month: $200/m
The original plan was $500/m 1st 10 months, then drop down to $200/m.
The restructured option saves you $200 and you’ll get a new site launched in about 30 days vs delaying it until Summer (june/july). You’re NOT losing anything but more to gain!

Dr called back after I sent f/u. EXTREMELY nice. Looking to switch from PBHS cause support is horrible and feels they nickel & dime everything requiring contracts.
Currently on the 1st page #1 for G+ and SEO. Paying $250/m with another company for SEO.
Dr stated he’s on a tight budget cuase he just added another room & bought a new home. He replied originally saying it was out of range when i quoted $2k-$7k.
I’ve restructured the proposal for Gold at $500/m for 10 months and then drops down to $200/m which includes 5 hours of SEO. Told him that he can get away with 5 hours ($125/m) since he is already on the 1st page which he liked cause he feels what he is paying now is too much and thinks they are not doing anything so he liked that I am trying to cut cost but is aware he may need to increase in future if it drops.
He is very much interested but needs to pursuade his wife who is the office manager. He asked if I can send everything I told him to pursuade her to make the switch. I told him what he’ll be paying after 10 months will be alot less than what he is paying right now which is about $300/m.
