Does your company have options for tying into our practice management program (Dolphin) to allow people to pay bills, see account information and help with scheduling?
This integration actually has nothing to do with your website but your practice management software’s capability. If they have the capability, they are the one that will setup the secured PORTAL which you provide for us so we can embed the button/link onto your site. When Patients clicks on this link, it takes them away from your site to that secured link which is connected to your office’s software (Dolphin). Patients will be able to schedule appointments, pay bills, view treatment plans, fill out patient forms which goes directly into your software. Here is an example of a client of ours with a similar link, if you click on Patient Portal, you’ll see you will be taken away from the site to a secured portal. http://blueplasticsurgery.com/

Since your company only does custom sites, what is the price; initial, monthly and terms
Our sites are literally custom from scratch. Alot of companies out there claim they do “Custom Design” but you have to be carefule because “Custom Design” to them means they customize a template. In my previous email, I had shown you some of our new client’s design concept which are only 1-page drafts. We go back/forth with our clients until they approve it which is when we will develop it into a fully functional website.
Our Gold Package is $4,000 + $79/m which includes a unique custom from scratch website design specifically for your practice. You will have full Ownership and Exclusivity of everything… the design, content, & images that we provide for you. There is NO CONTRACT with us which means you are on a month to month basis.

We do all our own marketing and just need someone wot load in the meta tags for us. Would there be any issues with this? Some companies only want to bundle SCO and marketing if they are doing the site.
As part of the development, we take care of all the on-site SEO which deals with custom meta-tags for each individual pages.
We do not bundle Marketing into our Website Package because Marketing varies from city to city and specialty to specialty which determines the budget.

What would be you built time if we already have our logo and theme established?
The average turn-around time is 30 days which is all dependent on our client’s availability to get back with our designers on feedback and approval.
We work with only healthcare doctors so we understand how busy the doctors and staff are so we built our design process around them which is extremely streamlined.
The hardest part is the initial phone interview which takes about 5-10 mins so we can gather information on the practice and also design-related questions. After that, its just a matter of you reviewing, providing feedbacks, and approval during each stages. All you will need to provide are office-related info such as pictures, bio, logo, forms, etc. The rest we will provide for you. Even in the future, if you need additional pages, its unlimited.
