Called dr per his inquiry last night.
Dr bought an existing practice in miami beach. Immediately asked dr if there was an existing site which he said yes. This was great because he wanted to make sure we understand the importance of preserving the history cause he said he has good ranking for “south beach dentist” (or “dentistry”, not sure).
He knows A LOT for a dentist about SEO, Social, PPC… basically could work for us.
Been shopping around for over a month now and said he is planning on making a decision by end of next week.
Thinking about usign Birdeye for reviews and Moz.com for help with directory. Asked about FB ad if it works. Told him about how it should be utilized which he liked and consistent with what he thinks would work. He doesn’t like social media company posting excessively.
Cares a lot about content. Will provide 10-15 pages of custom content for him.
Dr will provide professional photos in future along with his patients.
Spent close to an hour over the phone cause dr had a lot of good questions.
Discussed PPC, asked about retargeting cause he’s heard conflicting report from diff companies. Told him it is not allowed and why and how GOogle is cracking down on them. Some companies claim that they can.
Dr mentioned he liked everything so far and asked about discount. Told him I have no room. He asked about stationary design and he’ll print himself cause he wants to go with an all in one place. Told dr we can do Business & letterhead for him since we are doing his logo, I can include for him instead of the discount. Dr liked the idea. Also agreed to break up into 3 installments.
Sent dr contract. F/u next week to finalize. HOT HOT lead.
