Dr called, shopping around, found us online and decided to call. Didn’t look at our gallery or packages yet.

Dr been in practice for over 25 years, recently bought a domain but no real design. Dr stated his brother is a physician too, had a website years ago for $400 but lost it cause he didn’t own it. I pointed out it was bc its a template and the reason why he lost it since it is shared with others.

Told him about what we do vs others when it comes to QUALITY, PRICING, & SUPPORT.

Dr is extremely nice and seems old school needing a lot of help. Has a logo already and does not want social. Plans on doing marketing in the future. Gave him the option for Gold and 360Plan (w/out platinum feature which was $4,000 and $6,000, respectively. Dr thought monthly for 360 was high, did point out to him the value of it and all that it comes with.

Pushed dr back to go with Gold first and once developed to either upgrade or add a la cart, primiarily the PPC MGMT which I had discussed in detail the value of it which he liked. Possibly the review mgmt as welll too cause he thought it was a good idea.

Dr stated he is on the way to the hospital and will prob go with the Gold. Dr stated he is extremely busy so he wants to see if we can coordinate on the weekend. Told dr we will see what we can do but no guarantees but assured him once we get the interview out of the way which takes 5-10 mins, it will be streamlined after.

Told dr i’ll email the contract to electronically sign to make it easy. Call Dr by Friday if hasn’t ordered. Extremely nice.
