Ali called in for his wife. Looking to revamp current site. not happy with current provider. Has a bunch of domains which I advised to just point to the main one. Told him how there is no point in having them if they are not independent. He wanted to have them to reserve so no other practice gets it. WIll redirect in the future.

Went over the Gold based on the interview what he needs. Possibly go with Gold + Social. Stated he’s been shopping around and that we are on the higher end. I’ve pointed out to him that it is not vs our real competitors who charges more with limitations. Also pointed out the investment with us paying a bit more vs the cheaper companies which will get him better ROI after 1 month with our higher visitor conversion. He agreed.

Asked about forms, he is using dentrix which I told him about the ident (patient portal) to check with them. He understands.

Overall went great, extremely nice. Sent him contract breakign up the installments to 3 instead of 2 based on our discussion to help.
