1) Educational videos- I noticed that some are from Media Med- typically it is a $30/mo contract for use through Media Med so I just wanted to make sure there is no additional charge per month and that optimized360 has permission to use all videos. In addition, if the monthly service plan with optimized 360 is changed or cancelled can the videos still be utilized?
– The Educational Videos are included in the monthly rate. You have the option to use Media Med or 3D4 which has better videos. We are phasing out MediaMed because almost every dental web company uses them. 3D4 is more enhanced and they were featured at Apple’s symposium last Sept. – Yes, you can utilize the video service in the future if you don’t have service with us. We are contracted with them so you get a wholesale rate in the future which is around $25-$30 per month. The videos are live streamed from their site and anytime there are new updates ones, your videos are automatically updated without having to do any recoding.
2) Contract- I just want to verify that the contracts are month to month and can be cancelled or changed at any time.
– We don’t like long-term contract… it is on a month to month basis as stated on the contract. We do this for 1 simple reason which is to show you full transparency in cost. Companies who requires 1 year commitment, those are red flags for additional charges if you need to make any future revisions or changes.
4) SEO- ongoing/10 hrs per month. Can you specify exactly what the company will be doing for SEO each month?

5) Monthly analytics/ROI report- What will the monthly reports include? Is there ROI software that syncs with my practice software (EasyDent)?
– We install Google Analytics which is the most advanced data collection/reporting you can get for your website. It records every activity that happens on and to your website. You will have full access to this reporting. A lot of companies out there provide fancy “dashboards” which they control and manipulate the #s. With us, you get direct admin access to the source of the data which is Google itself.
– Software sync depends on your software’s capability, if EasyDent allows or has this feature, it can easily be integrated to/from your site via a Patient Portal.
6) Mock-ups- How many logo and website design/lay out mock-ups are typically presented?
– We don’t have true limitations to how many drafts or revisions. We do put on paper that you get 3 drafts and 3 revisions to prevent excessive abuse of clients who wants A LOT. At the end of the day, we want you to be 100% happy so if you need more, we are very flexible which I can assure you that if you need more you will get it.
