Here are the answers to your questions below:

Are all of your websites done in wordpress?
– Yes it is. Our designs are custom from scratch (non-templated) which means we develop the design into a unique theme outside of WordPress then it is imported in.

What kind of timeline is realistic for getting a website up and running?
– Our average turn-around time is 30-days which is all dependent on our client’s availability to get back with our designers. For a custom design from scratch, this is considered an excellent turn-around time. The entire process is extremely streamlined on our client’s end from day 1.

Is the price of each plan a total “turnkey” price or is that just a starting point?
– We guarantee to all of our clients that when it comes to Quality, Pricing, & Support…. we do guarantee that all 3 are very competitive but is always negotiable to help earn our client’s business. You can name me any company and I can tell you what they are lacking vs us along with any hidden fees, terms, or disclosures but we do guarantee that if it is comparable, we will not only match but beat it by 5-10%.

After the website is complete and published, what percentage is managed by 360 vs. our company?
– Included in the monthly fee is on-demand updates (unlimited). Please see page 2 of the contract to see all the default included features including with the monthly fees (month to month contract).

What security measures are taken to prevent hacking? Whose responsibility is security?
– Hacking is not 100% preventable but we are fully responsible for the security of your website. Even large multi-billionaire companies which you have heard recently in the news can’t prevent hacking. We do take security seriously and is probably the only healthcare web design company out there that offers cloud-based web hosting for our clients with segregated compartments for each of our clients’ domain. This basically means that your domain is hosted on its own cloud server separated from our other clients. If 1 of our client’s domain happens to get hacked, your domain is not affected by it. Many companies out there put all of their clients’ domain on 1 computer server so if 1 gets compromised, all the domains in there are compromised as well. Secondly, our server has a managed backup copy which means that if one server crashes, a copy takes its placed immediately. Other companies out there, if 1 crashes, they have to basically pull up the most recent copy, then upload the backup copy which takes time. There is absolute no down-time with ours.

Do pictures and videos cost extra?
– Stock photos are included with your website’s development. We purchase all of our client’s stock photos from a royalty-free source which means that you do not have to worry about future copyright issues. We will have a license for all the photos we use for our clients. For videos, can you clarify what type of vides? Are you referring to in-office commercial videos similar to one of our client’s here? What is the difference between Optimized 360 and Marketing 360?
– We are 2 separate entity. Marketing 360 is a general Marketing company that does not specialize in Website Design. Our company, we specialize in Healthcare-only, Website Design (Custom from Scratch, non-templated), & Marketing.
