Dr. Main is reasonable and easy to talk to. She had a child and bought her practice within the last eight weeks, and feels a bit overwhelmed, so take things slowly if need be.

Dr. Main has a few children as patients but is not a pediatric dentist. She would like to de-emphasize pediatrics on her page.
She doesn’t do root canals or wisdom teeth removal. She does some veneers and will be Invisalign certified in a couple of weeks.
She has a Facebook practice page, but no other social media presence.
She likes the idea of a monochromatic site with some aqua blue to reflect the colors in her logo but is open to suggestions and changes.
Her office building is old, so she doesn’t want to feature it in photographs. She likes the idea of smiling people. I asked about nature-themed photos. She said she liked water but wasn’t sure. She is open to suggestions.
The Look & Feel options she chose in the DQ were: Modern, Spa-Like, Simple & Clean.
In the interview, she added: “polished,” “calming & relaxing”
She liked the Bates site and generally liked the styles of the sites in the Optimized360 gallery. She would like to avoid having a site that looks like those of her husband and colleagues.
Her patients are mainly over 50, so she would like an accessible interface, but she is also looking to attract a younger clientele. Her office is in an area of Des Moines with a young and ethnically diverse community, and she would like her site to reflect that.
