Called dr at scheduled time. EXTREMELY nice and polite.
Bought a practice from an old-school dr with no website. Started taking over in Jan (last month)
Went over the SILVER and GOLD based on the estimate I sent him. Didn’t include 360 in original estimate cause dr mentioned he didn’t want those features for now.
Told him about our competitiveness in QUALITY, PRICING, & SUPPORT.
We discussed PPC which dr knows a bit. Gave him a quote after showing him spyfu of his commpetitor who he knows whcih is spending over $2,000/m. Quoted dr about $500-$750 to start off with cause $2,000m they are probably targeting over 10 miles. Brought this up cause he said that was a lot. Dr does like the PPC and saw how effective it was after i told him how it works.
Dr likes the GOLD but wants to check with his accountant cause he may need to go with SILVEr and then upgrade in the future which dr may want to go with.
sent dr the updated proposal for his review with the 10% discount, referred by 1 of our clients.

As I am still so new in this office and don't yet have a great idea of what a "typical" month looks like, we don't really know what to expect budget-wise. I understand quotes might change in that time frame, etc.
