AUGUST – Spoke with Janis regarding SEO & Marketing (see note “Concern About SEO & Marketing”). Discussed with Belinda what we could do to improve her SEO onsite. Added more cities to the pages of her website (i.e. Webster, League City, Dickenson, Pearland, and Friendswood). Also noticed PPC is not set up yet since she has not yet set a budget.

TODAY 10/18/17 – Spoke with Janis regarding other website edits. She also asked what we have done so far for the offsite SEO. I began to explain that their website does show up on the first page of Google when searching for “dentist in Clear Lake TX” and “dentist in Webster TX”.

*She has been pretty patient with us, but she is starting to become concerned about the SEO and marketing for their website. Previously Paige’s client.

I hope you are doing well. After 4 months of launching, we didn’t seem to have any new patient from our website, surprisingly even when comparing with our old outdated website. I am very concerned about the effectiveness of location (just Webster -> weak), I just called Paige, and found out that she is no longer with Optomized 360. A month ago, I spoke with Justin briefly about what is being Optomized, and Justin said that he spent 10 hours a months doing the optomization for our website, and was going to get back with me about who were our competitors are. I also wants to know who is our account manager now. Just really concerned that the website may look good, but not effective.

-changed the background color of “Welcome” and “Featured Services” sections to the same light gray as in the Apple website
-changed the font color of “Welcome” and “Featured Services” sections to black
-replaced office image
-increased size of the 3 Featured Services boxes
-removed border around footer/contact area
-the main image will scroll through different images

I think it looks much better now! It’s very elegant and showcases just enough contrast to keep that elegant feel that you wanted to portray. Please also note that any further image and/or text changes can be done in the next step of this process which is development. If there are no more requests to change the layout or colors of the design, would you like to approve so we can start developing your website? That way, we can work on the images and content.

“After seeing a few drafts, and looking at different websites for reference, we feel that we still like the light contrast from the Apple.com website the most. As we scroll from any page of Apple Website, the background color is white and light gray. We really like those light color back ground with striking photos down the road.

Also, the Make Appointment Tab to dark gray, not gold.”
