Grace- Dr K’s Mother, not computer savvy at all. Will rely on us to help her with the things she needs to help her Son’s new practice be a success. Super sweet lady. Told her she can call me anytime for advice on whats next. Told her will give her homework assignments to accomplish so she can get a good head start. Loved that she can trust me. researching websites for her Son’s new practice Just opened 2 months ago, existing practice, now looking to advertise effectively. Said has a friend who “says” he can do but she is more inclined to hire a professional and not waste the money. Her Son will have the ultimate say so. Will talk with him this weekend and call me first of next week. Asked for a payment option — with huge overhead, asked if she could pay $500 for 4 months. Said prolly but need approval. Will look to give us referrals if we can :). Sending her proposal for Silver and Gold.

LC3 Spoke to Grace and she said not a good day--- her Dog had to be put down. :( but she was willing to chat with me a for a few minutes. Said after talking to me last week she was doing some research, and did call a few other companies... one which told "you dont want to own it"... reminded her we quoted both ways-- non ownership and ownership... she definitely call a few competitors, but still think we are in the lead for her choice.
