Cavities
We use tooth-colored composites to fill cavities, permanent holes in the tooth’s surface caused by poor oral hygiene.
High-Tech Dental Scanning
Today’s scanning technology (known as Itero) has replaced the gummy impression trays of the past. Benefits include zero patient discomfort and images ready immediately so treatment options can be explored during the same visit.
CariVu
For patients who refuse x-rays, we provide another option for cavity-detection that uses near-infrared light to reveal lesions and cracks “through” the tooth.
Digital Intraoral Cameras
An intraoral camera combines the latest video technologies with dental care. Both the patient and dentist can see detailed images of the teeth and mouth in real time. With an intraoral camera, you are able to better understand what is happening in your mouth and review the status of your oral health.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Cosmetic dentistry is now mainstream and affordable, making it possible for anyone to achieve a more appealing, and youthful, smile.
Teeth Whitening
If are unhappy with the gradual darkening of your teeth (a result of aging) and have healthy teeth and gums, you are a candidate for in-office or at-home whitening treatments. Schedule an appointment and we’ll recommend what’s best for you. Our professional whitening formulations are much more potent than store-bought gels.
Porcelain Veneers
Veneers–wafer-thin, individually- sculpted translucent shells placed on the tooth’s surface–transform the appearance of your smile, mask a chipped tooth and provide greater symmetry to the face. This is for patients who want to go beyond teeth whitening.
Same Day Full-Mouth Veneers
Our office has the expertise and equipment to measure and fit porcelain veneers in one day.
Cosmetic Bonding
Bonding, the process of using a light to cure tooth-colored resin material, improves the appearance of a discolored or chipped tooth. Procedures are quick with no discomfort.
Tooth colored fillings & Restorations
Today’s metal-free fillings and restorations blend invisibly with your natural teeth.
Restorative (or) Same Day Crowns
Custom crowns in one day instead of the traditional weeks-long process that typically require at least two visits. We take a 3D image, modify it accordingly and manufacture, in about 20 minutes, a composite. All in the office within approximately two hours.
Same Day Dental Implants
We’ll advise whether traditional dental implants or same day dental implants are best for you. If your bone density can support same day dental implants, this is how we will proceed.
Dental Crowns
Thanks to new oral technology, we can now measure, manufacture and fit replacement and new crowns over damaged teeth in just one visit.
Dental Bridges
Bridges, used to fill in gaps between missing teeth, are anchored in place by the natural teeth or crowns nearest the empty space.
Dentures & Partial Dentures
Produced with different options of materials to match and function like real teeth, dentures continue to be an affordable option for patients with missing teeth. Whether full set or partial, which “click in” to a crown, today’s dentures are much more advanced and easier to care for than the dentures of past generations.
Milling Machine – ability to make a crown in a day
In days past, we had to send models to a lab to make crowns. Today, we produce them in-house with our dental milling 3D printer. The result? Crowns measured and manufactured during the same appointment.
Periodontal Care
Endodontics/Root Canal
Root canals are needed when the pulp in a tooth’s root becomes infected or inflamed, usually due to decay. Signs of a tooth infection—which can spread to other areas of the body–include temperature sensitivity, swelling, drainage, odor, pain, and discoloration. Some infected teeth cause no symptoms whatsoever, which is why routine dental exams are so important.
Sleep health
Sleep Apnea Screening & OSA appliance
Much more than disruptive snoring, sleep apnea is a dangerous sleep disorder that causes breathing cessation (pauses between breaths) and gasping for air while sleeping. Depending on the severity of symptoms, we may recommend you participate in a sleep study. Treatment for sleep apnea can be as simple as trying a new sleeping position or the use of a dental appliance.
Snoring Device
Custom-fitted mouth guards are used not only to treat snoring but also nighttime teeth grinding, clenching, TMJ and sleep apnea.
Invisalign Elite Provider
More and more of our adult and youth patients are choosing transparent Invisalign braces instead of traditional metal braces. Our office has achieved the Elite Provider distinction.
Occlusal guards to treat grinding and clenching
We fit and make custom occlusal guards to treat teeth grinding, clenching, TMJ and sleep apnea.
Patient Comfort & Care
Because dental appointments are not on your top ten list of preferred activities, we are passionate about making your visit to our office as comfortable and, yes, enjoyable as possible. When you leave our office, we want you to think “that wasn’t so bad, after all.”
Nitrous oxide
For patients who suffer from dental anxiety or are about to undergo a lengthy or uncomfortable procedure, we may suggest nitrous oxide, a mild sedative inhaled through a small mask during treatment. Once the mask is removed, the effects of nitrous oxide fade quickly as fresh air is breathed into the lungs.
