I hope you are doing well! I have not received a response from you in regards to the last 2 codes I need for the domain transfer. Please see my response below:

“There is a total of 3 codes needed for a domain transfer: authorization, transaction, and security codes. This code you sent me was to initiate the transfer; now I need a transaction code and a security code.

Dentalfone had informed me that the other 2 codes were sent to the doctor (perhaps to dentistgordon@verizon.net). Can you check with Dr. Gordon if he received any emails with codes?”

Also, the custom content we write is created as a general guideline for you to revise and further customize to make it your own, and it is also mainly for SEO purposes. We do ask for any notes and a desired style of writing so that we may match your thoughts as best as we can, but when it comes down to it, doctors are the ones who know exactly the way they want their content written. Thanks for reaching out. I finally heard from the doctor today, after repeated attempts to schedule an appointment.
I am going to try to get this wrapped up this week or next. I’m ready for the project to move to the next phase, too.
They never received, or they ignored, their Google postcard — and they still haven’t provided forms for me to provide to you.
I want to condense “articles” into the blog — no need for both tabs.
I want the dates posted removed from the blog — if possible.
I also have a list of articles from your library that could be loaded into the blog and then we can create Facebook posts for each.
The doctor also sent me another logo he wants added to the site just this morning, which means he’s paying attention, finally.
I wanted to save all the changes so that they could be done at once — but I haven’t heard back from the doctor all summer.

I tightened up the letter spacing as much as I could without overlapping any objects, however, because of how long the name is it is going to appear “wide”. My personal favorite is the 3rd design; it’s clean, easy to read, and would look great on other devices and marketing collateral.

starting to look good.
we’re not so sure about the font — may be too lightweight for the story we’re telling. howard just chose the font for the logo, so we don’t want it to match, but i want to take a look at it on mobile — how can i do that?
also — we like the pool blue color that was used underneath the services section— can that be used again — up high? maybe underneath the doctor’s photo section?

finally — howard wants to make sure that the menu across the top has drop-downs (i think the answer is yes)
i want to make sure that “make an appointment” is the first thing we see on mobile; and i want there to be a link on mobile that’s very clear to “leave a review”

2. Not crazy about the square holding the logo — we can revisit once we see the new logo
3. The first photo will likely be a photo of Dr. Gordon, his staff and the mascot, a west highland terrier
4. we’ll add a new headshot and I think it should be larger
5. don’t like the pin-striped in either section — please give us a solid color field instead
6. the 3-shot of the office, etc. is too busy. not sure we need that bar of photos there. maybe 2 images?
7. like the way the services are laid out. we’ll choose new photos — do i have to use your library or so you have an account with Twenty20? the images are much more modern and less staged. please let me know if you do. I think that would be much better
8.Testimonials should have its own bar
9. however, I like the idea of laying out the technology he has somewhere … but do people really care to see it on the home page? maybe it could be a sub-bullet under services?
