Unable to pull much information from her. She did NOT have any colors in mind but is open to seeing different color combinations. Her primary concerns were that it was easy to navigate and streamlined.

Dr. Koosha called, first time speaking to him. Been going back/forth via email prior. 1st Ph Conf with with his wife.

Dr wanted to learn more about what we do. Gave him a quick rundown of us vs others to avoid.

Dr trying to cut cost cause its a new practice wanting to reduce the cost. Dr didn’t understand monthly fees cause he doesn’t want to pay but now understands.

Gave him overview of design process and how streamlined it is.

With regards to discount, dr had a budget and wanted to see what we can do. After a few rounds of negotiating, his budget was $2,500 but got it to $3,000 (removing ownership). Told him i can do this because he is CA dentist and we usually give 25% discount for the annual CDA in May. So its a pre-cda discount. With the monthly, we got down to $59/m removing the emails.

Sent contract for his review. he said he will possibly finalize by ton.

Called dr per our scheduled call. Dr stated he will call me back cause he’s with a patient.

Been calling her ever since. Not picking up. Left numerous messages. Called again.. lm. sent her a final f/u. seems to be ignoring me

– sent dr questionnaire to fill out along with contract but dr having a hard time getting it. Told dr to don’t worry and to keep the 2pm interview. We will transfer her to accountant to take care of the billing if she still didn’t get the email with contract to fax or electronically sign.

Dr is at home today watching her kid, its a husband and wife practice. She is a Kids Dentist and husband is GP. Practice is opening in 1 month so she is shopping round. Talked to a few companies already.

Went over the packages and what we do compared to others and the benefits of our design and years of experience how it can help them get better ROI from their site. Dr already has a logo and does not want to do any marketing now cause N. Hollywood is competitive. Just wants a site to direct patients to via insurance list and word of mouth. Will consider in the future. Dr liked the Gold package.

Got dr to schedule a call today at 2pm to do the interview since she is off today (was babysitting). Husband is at work but will be involved after initial draft is sent to her.

Sent her contract via email with login credentials since she has no access to fax at home. Told dr to easily use the electronically signature to fill out so I can setup by 2pm’s interview.
