Hello Dr. Gion,

After looking into your account I found that we do not actually have access to your emails. They may reside with Network Solutions (I am not sure as whomever acquired the domain name had added privacy protection to hide their information from being accessed by public records) Do you recall purchasing the domain name and setting up emails? The email account for info@handprosthesis.com will have to be set up (if it isn’t already) and adjusted there. There is a form present on your contact us page (as well as in the footer of every page) “Contact Us” which forwards all information input into the form to your email g.g.gion@sbcglobal.net.
But again, because we do not have access to your domain, we cannot make adjustments as your email is in an external account.

comments. I sent a test email to info@handprosthesis.com from the website Contact page, but did not receive anything in either of my email inboxes. Can you please check to see why? Where would the inquiries to info@handprosthesis.com be going?

Doctor noticed his email wasnt working – Told him I would look into it – Also let him know that I could input a form on his contact page that people could fill out and the contents would be forwarded to his specified email address.

I created a email forwarding account but the account is saying something about Pending records and MX setup

Client thought he had ownership of his website based on what was mentioned by Paige

Told the client our company policy. Gold Package comes with Ownership and why only Gold and Up.

Addressed that he has the Silver Package which comes with a design from the gallery. Assured him any content provided by him is rightfully his but any content and the design supplied is owned by our company.

He was thinking of canceling his account because he feels the website isn’t doing much for him. He also hasn’t had much support (aka hasn’t utilized much of our services).

Did research as we were discussing and found his site on the 1st Page of Google — also advised for him that his site JUST went live as of August 2nd.

Told him I will send him screenshots for multiple keywords he is on the 1st Page for.

He said he wanted to get more help with stats to see his performance and help with marketing to California and other states.

Told him Adwords is the best route – sent him how to access his website stats so he can see how well he is doibg

Told him if he has any questions or concerns… to call me directly so I can provide him solutions and answers. He appreciated it very much and said he will stick it out for a few month to see how its doing.

Issue was resolved after answering his concerns.

Dr. Gion called regarding possibly self-hosting (not now) and was told (by Paige) he could take the website in the future. I explained he does not have ownership as he is on our template system. Please explain his options. 608-658-2568

1. Drop the s from the medical art(s) prosthetics clinic.

2. Remove italic slanted letters.

3. Add text – been around since 1985

Greg- Not a Doctor-He is super nice-very smart, very professional-creates prosthetics for humans with deformities, illnesses, or accidents victims. this is specifically for Hand prosthesis. Very well known all over the Country. This is a micro site-limited to the hand prosthetics, and will link to his General site.
-Wants to have a more calm, professional image, for this Hand Site
-Talked about a professional picture of him for the home page, and not so clinical, 2nd image of a landscape pic of Madison, WI since people fly in to see him and stay for a few days-3rd image of his puzzle and united states like he has now. Please select a few nice images for the banner pages.
-has a zillion pages of content –pls set this up with only a few sentences of the procedure and link to an internal page for more info—way to much info on this current site
-Will need guidance on “what images” to place on the site–he is more scientific and selected more sterile images for the current site.
–Has a very large file of before and afters— need to be clear about which ones (hands/fingers only) and how these will be portrayed on the new site.
-Will consider re-doing his General site and other micro sites with us based on how well we do with this one.

LC1 Spoke to Greg on his cell. Able to talk to me about his requirements. Talked about his current site and how he has some issues with it. Redundancy in content, not arranged like he wants. He said he wants to focus on doing a website for hand and fingers as well as noses for prosthetics. We talked about the value of having a separate website to gain more momentum on the SE -referred to Plastic Surgeons who have multiple sites and one main site that is linked and he agrees that may be a better idea. Said he has patients flying in form all over the Country to see him. He is a true artist and very realistic. Wants to promote it so that if a patient is going to need a prosthetic and google it, he is an option. He said he fixes alot of “botched” products cause the patient was referred to a “local’ guy. Bottom line, he wants us to earn his trust by having a single site done and see if is effective and gets some results. then maybe add on and re do others with us. Also thought he’d like to have a page for “models” for sale– For surgeons to place in their offices. Explained mite be better if he just showed a pic and description on his site for individuals to call him to place orders. Talked about ball park figures and will send him a quote for w/3 options. Very nice man.
