Called Dr to pick up where we had left off last Friday. Today was our original phone conference day cause he doesn’t see patients on Monday.
Touched based on a lot of things we talked about. Didnt go over pricing yet.
Dr currently using Lighthouse360 which is working for him but dr does understand after i pointed out that it doesn’t help with reviews from G+ and other outlets. They also deal with recall and reminders which dr understands it is diff from what we do.
Viviosites currently posting 2-3 times a week whcih I pointed out to dr and he understands its generic. Told him what we do vs others are the same thing but better quality with better purpose/results.
Proposed to dr the 360Plan without the logo since he doesn’t need.
Assured Dr again our quality, pricing, & support. Dr was very very nice and will need to discuss with his wife.
Sent dr contract with the 360plan.

dr called in bt patients. Thought he can squeeze in a few mins with m. lm. called dr back. gave me an overview of his situation.
Was working for someone, didn’t want to work for others so he bought a practice from a retiring dentist with about 1500 active patients. Very old school, no website. He updated the practice with all modern technology and moved the office to a building that he now owns. Currently with viviosites, knows its a template. Was talking to a local marketing guy who was referred to him but didn’t like what he had to offer so he’s exploring other options. Currently, he has a lot of hygiene patients which is for hygienist but wants more productive treatments.
Came across our designs and what we offer which is what he’s looking for. Wants help/suggestions on how to improve his practice which is primarily marketing but is open to design change as well.
Gave dr overview of what we do vs others when it comes to quality. Our design process. Discussed with him how Website & Marketing complement each other and the purpose of each which dr agrees and understands. With marketing, went over how SEO and PPC works which I suggest PPC for Houston keywords and for SEO for Missouri City. Gave dr outline how PPC, SEO and G+ works on google search results.
Dr was very much interested but had to go see a patient stating he will try to call me back before end of the day today and if now we will reconnect next monday since he is available most of the day.
Didn’t discuss package/pricing yet. HOT lead. will try to focus on 360Plan

Dr also mentioned his monthly budget is about $800-$1,000/m. Not sure if its for marketing but will clarify at next discussion.
