LC4 Spoke to Kathy and she is of mgr and said she and Kay will evaluate and go over with Dr in 2 weeks, she is going on vacation - Bermuda- and wont have a chance until March 3rd to pitch to Dr Elgas. Paige, I would revise the proposal you've created before sending to her. The payment section is off.
LC1 Kay called in and is researching for Dr Laurie a new site. Says has months in advance of booked patients. Not trying to get new patients. Just wants to have a website that patients can review and learn about their services. Has an OLD flash site. Has wrong info. Wants to showcase Dr and have photos of her, and the team and bios…..said cannot do anything to this site and want to have the flexibility to do it on their own – simple things like adding a new team member for instances, or send to have completed. said “onewebhosting” hosts their site now and will need to get their domain name info. Wants to be able to add a portal from solutions reach to the site for patient loggins and forms. Told her just need to provide the code and we can add it. Explained how that works for her and she got it. Cannot make a quick decision cause just started gathering info. Super nice lady. she is the optician and right arm for Dr Laurie. Proposed the Gold package as not much else she really wants initially. sending proposal and will f/up with her next week.
