With TNTdental. Happy with them but feels like he’s going nowhere. Paying $330/m but not getting anything out of it. They kept telling him a few more months and he should get to the 1st page. Basically there is no marketing, just paying for hosting.
Gave him a rundown of how Web and Marketing works. Also how SEO works. Told him Glendale is competitive and his site is only online for less than 2 years, not enough history. Recommend to focus on PPC. gave him pointers on how it works and the benefits of it which he really liked vs sitting there waiting for months with no guarantees. Told him he will need at least $1k budget cause it is quite competitive and pointed out how it is $4k just for Beverly hills. He said he wants to focus more on Ortho cause he has a credential now. PPC would be the way to go.
Gave him highlights of our web design and the advantages of us vs others. He really liked the ideas and recommendations i gave him regarding his current site which is lacking (personalized photos, reviews, call to action, etc)
dr seems to be ready to get started. Domain is with TNT but told him we should easily transfer it over. no need to contact them until web project is near completion.

Rosie called me back letting me know that dr asked her to call me so i know he's not avoiding me but still with a patient. Rosie was really nice, gave me an overview of their current situation which I told her i know and understand based on our email exchange. I do have recommendations/suggestions on what we can do to improve his site. Told dr that we can not accept that as an answer to the problem. Pointed out to him that he never gave me a courtesy heads up rgarding the issue and it was only brought to my attention after the disputes. Told him billing wanted to send him to collection but i had intervene to try to get it situated. Told him he never got back to me for months until recently. Told him the best I can do is to charge him for some of the work that was done as courtesy. Basically we had credited him back the 3 of 6 installments ($1,998) and 3 months of Hosting ($237). Told him that we were even charged 3% each way charge and credit back. Told him that if i don't get a response from him by Friday, i will have billign proceed with collection. Due is $1117.
