Dr called in. – filled out lead 5 mins ago. Right when I assigned it to paige, dr called. Tried transferring to paige.

Dr looking to get a new site developed. Had 1 done recently by someone but wasn’t happy, he sent me the link to type in: http://retinaspecialistsri.com/temp/index.cfm

Site had a lot of issues which I had pointed out (not responsive), incorrect address and mispells.

Did a search for him and found a lot of negative reviews, ripoff reports and even lawsuits. I basically used this as part of presentation by letting him know indirectly how important reviews are which is what i emphasize on the components of a successfull site. I didn’t let him know that i know he had negative reviews. it seems i hit the right chord with him bc this is an issue he probably has.

Went over the Gold which was way out of his budget. I got it down to $2,500 removing ownership/exclusivity. It seems still out of range but i think i was able to pursuade him the value of what we do which will give him the ROI and eliminate the bad reviews.

Sent dr contract to get started, tentatively scheduled interview for tomorrow at 11am but waiting on fax.

Also suggest to go with www.RIretinaspecialists.com which is reverse of what the other guy did cause he doesn’t own it.
