    Chan, i had a scheduled call with Dr. Foss right now. He is quite happy with the PPC and glad he made the decision to not only swithc web but also allow us to do the ppc for him.

    Dr was spending $1,500/m on his own, got on avg 12 new patients.
    Since we took over for PPC MGMT with same budget setup of $1,500… he received 10 new patients but spent only $250!

    Chan, he wants to get more patients and has a budget of $1,500 which he wants to use more hence why he requested to change the M-W campaign hours to M-F (you did this already).

    Can you review and see what adjustments can be done and give me suggestions so i can run it by dr. – MOBILE ADS?, INCREASED COVERAGE?, MORE KEYWORDS, etc…. let me know. THx!

    "Hi Danny, In the past my allotted budget of $1500 for Google Adwords would barely last an entire a month before running out and I would only run my ad from Monday through Wednesday. For the month of March I was only charged $250 from Google. I'm not complaining I was able to save a few bucks and still got 12 new patients from the internet. This is why I suggested that we run my ad throughout the rest of the week and maybe consider other ways to better utilize my Adwords to get more new patients.     For SEO which is very important to him, he is #2 for G+ and #2 for Organic for “best denver chiropractor” (see current screenshot).

    Dr is aware that once it goes live, that the site may drop a bit but should stabilize. Dr understands.

    At this point, we will go live with the PPC on March 1st. I will send him the details of the cmapaign so we can make adjustments by then.
    He wants to have it active only on M-W during his business hours but open to incrase and add the other days too since he is saving $500 from the current company.

    I’ve been to a number of chiropractors and I always feel like I’m on an assembly line. They have you wait, you go into a room, you get an adjustment and then you’re ushered out the door. There is no “plan” to fix your underlying issues and instead, it’s just adjustment after adjustment with no end goal except for relieving your immediate pain.
    Dr. Bryan has a much different philosophy. First off, you’re offered an amazing $37 deal that gets you a full exam, x-rays and a free 1 hour massage. You can’t beat that. The massage alone is worth twice that. From that exam and x-rays, Dr. Bryan works up a plan to identify your underlying issues and if you choose, a corrective care plan to alleviate that issue. The great thing is Dr. Bryan spends time with you and isn’t trying to push you out the door. He’s a great guy and you can tell that he really gives a damn and wants to help. I’ve seen great results with the corrective care program he put me on.
    As for the others in the office, Tanya and Mary are freakin’ great. Nicest people ever. And all the masseuses are friendly and talented.
    You really can’t go wrong with this place. Hell, I’d stop in just to say hi even if my back was perfectly fine. It sort of feels like the show “Cheers”…”

    Dr is looking to switch from a local guy cause he’s forcing him to pay a lot more than what was agreed. Dr bought this practice over five years ago, had it redone. Has good ranking for “Denver chiropractor” & “best Denver chiropractor.” He’s doing SEO and also PPC but recently had him shut it down due to this. He does not own the design, but Dr has the domain in his control. Emails are fwd to his gmail.

    Dr is weary and is having a bad experience, so he is doing thorough research. Knows a bit about SEO but understands it enough. He has a lot of good reviews and feels that patients looking are looking at this more than the website itself.

    Gave him full confidence in our capability and knowledge of Web and SEO. Gave him advice as well and gave him a plan on what to do during this transition. He had confidence because i knew his concerns, how to fix it and the objectives of this project.

    Dr has emails going to gmail, so I told him his emails are download there already; we will set up new emails (same address) which he will need to reconfigure in Gmail to pull emails from us instead of the other guy. Domain same thing. Dr understands not to cancel until we give the green light.

    He saw our reviews and also asked for clients to contact which I told him we are confident he can contact anyone vs. me giving him a name of a dr we may have paid to say good things. He liked that because it was more genuine.

    he asked about our company? told him 12 years, healthcare focused, 2500 websites developed, 10% are chiropractors, over 2000 active accounts.

    Also gave him assurance that I will be his go-to guy bc that was important to him.

    Customized a 360Plan for him not including Platinum features. The Gold with Marketing. NO REPUTATION.

    He will discuss with his wife right now. Stated he likes what he heard so far. Sent him contract to review. Dr asked to break up into further installments. Best I can do was three installments which were good for him.

    spoke to Dr. - had some further questions. Question about fillable form. Quoted Dr. $199 each time. For submission which is what he wants, it requres SSL and making site hippa compliant which dr understood after I explained which is too much work and dr will not want. Offered 3rd solution is Patient Portal which will cover everything.. dr will contact his practice software to see if they have that capability. Another quesiton is timeline. Dr understands its 30days but wants to time it so he doesn't' get charged by the current guy. He is billed 1st of each month. Offered to work with dr to start immediately and have site done by end of January before his next charge with the other guy... offered him to start now and start the 1st charge in Jan 14 so we can expedite so he can cut ties with the other guy asap. dr really liked that idea and my willingness to work with him. Dr will think it over and let me know soon.
