Spoke to Laura, very nice and professional. Recently had a website she tried doing on her own on WIX. not happy. Exploring other options.
She was on our site but didn’t see Medical Spa. Showed her on the phone which she saw. Gave her overview of what we do compared to others.
Gave her a lot of assurance in our knowledge in her specialty and what she was looking for which we can do. They are switching over to a different software and scheduling which I told her we can definitely integrate for her. Explained it technically has nothing to do with the site but our sites are future proof since it is custom cause we have full control over integrating future features and functionality which she really liked.
She asked for assurance which I brought up 30 days MBG. She brought up another company called somehthing “360” which I told her Marketing360. Told her how they are more marketing focus but with us we are Web and marketing. Gave her disadvantages with those type of companies as well.
She is currently having someone manage ppc. For SEO, they have good rankign #1 for “royal oak botox” and others. Told her for makeover it may drop 1-2 ranking whcih is normal but will stabilize which she understands.
Asked about potential upgrade in future which she can.
Asked about turnaroudn time for changes. Told her 1-2. Pointed otu our great reviews which is reflected on the client communication and satisfaction.
Sent her contract to review. Hot lead.
