New packages were created to remove marketing from the packages itself and offer more website features as new technology is available. But it comes with additional costs as it relies on additional resources to plan, design, code and develop the sites.

Available Packages:

-Select: basic custom website that has ADAPT and SSL feature.
-Connect: custom website that includes social media, videos, review management — most comprehensive package. Includes everything from above package.
-Signature: for those that would like the best of the best. This includes design effects, animation, visual effects, galleries. Includes everything from above packages.

Suggestions Based on Your Needs

-SSL + Adapt: if you are looking to have these two new products added, I suggest that you add them a la carte as your current package offers the best of starter marketing + website features. $399 yearly as this is a direct charge from Godaddy and not us.
—an alternative would be purchasing SSL from Godaddy directly; we will only incur an installation fee of $100

-Reducing Monthly Fees: We can always cancel the marketing features of your current plan that will bring your monthly fee to $149, but you will lose the products as well. When you would like to start marketing again, you would have to sign up with our current marketing plan: Impact Marketing (see below for description).

-Upgrading to New Packages: You can definitely change your package to one of our current ones but there will be additional costs depending on which one you select as they require additional work to be done. I think this is NOT the best option as you already have the best of what we offered, just missing SSL + Adapt.

Impact Marketing

Our new marketing plans are geared towards customization and flexibility. We saw that clients wanted more than 10 hours of SEO for example and wanted to allocate all budgets towards SEO only. Or perhaps you’re only interested in PPC, with Impact Marketing you can place all budget towards this.

While Impact Marketing is strategic, it’s also flexible. The plan allows you to change your goals monthly. For example, this month you’d like to focus on Social Media marketing and next month you’d like to focus on Google Adwords (PPC); you’re able to test different routes and see what works best for you. This is where Brent will come in and suggest what’s the best, or even a combination. The plans are in increments of $499 monthly.

Dr. Dokanchi was upset when speaking with Brent as he felt that we didn’t understand his package and the history. He felt that Optimized360 is like Verizon that we “forget about old clients.” He, himself, does not understand what he has currently and needs information on an overall scale and details. I believe he wants to switch to a lower monthly package but wants to know what he’s going to be missing. Also wants to weigh his options if he goes onto the new packaging structure.

Spoke to Brent and Alec, and agreed that client should stay on his package if he doesn’t know what marketing decisions yet. He can downgrade to Platinum to pay $149 monthly. When he would like to do marketing again, he will be offered impact marketing. The difference is impact is geared specifically for him and 360Plan was a “foot in the door” that got a little bit of everything. IF/when he decides to go onto Impact marketing, he’ll have to pay $499 monthly and select whatever bundle he’d like.

On top of this, he also wants SSL (maybe Adapt). He knows, regardless, he will have to pay for SSL as it’s a direct fee from Godaddy. Told him to take a step back, look at the options before getting flustered in decision making. Doctor was very upset yesterday but he decided to keep calm and not me rash decisions until he’s spoken to us.

Regarding the Company Reps

He asked why has he been transferred twice, are we being sold? Was honest that Paige was retiring, Justin grew out of the current position and wanted to do mortgage sales. Doctor is happy that Desirae and I took our time out to explain things and keeping the situation afloat. He apologizes to Brent, he was confused; he will look at the options I email him and talk to Brent when the time comes for marketing.

Before I spent all this money with you guys, I had made my own website and my own SEO (meta tags embeded). No other cost other than $13 a month for hosting and domain name registration.
Whenever I searched for “dentist in aurora IL” I was on the first page and at times the first one up.

Now I’m spending hundreds with your company and you’re supposed to be the expert. The same search results in no mention of my website.

Your services appear to have hurt my rankings not helping it!!! Very very disappointed.

As I talked to Paige during our negotiations, I understand that these things take time and I will be patient during this time and our agreement. But as I told Paige, I am constantly monitoring and evaluating your services. I will discontinue our agreement if this continues. I know you don’t have control over rankings but whatever you have done has worked the opposite way.

I’d like to know a few things :

1- What are the terms of our original agreement? How many months do I have to be with you guys and how much are you charging me (I can dig up the old emails but you can probably find it faster).

2- I understand that the website is mine and I paid for the design. I want to know, at some point not necessarily now, how to transfer it if necessary.

Please understand that I’m not looking for a change but your services have failed to promote my business on Google search. This isn’t acceptable.

Not working -so while on the phone with Des, she will get it fixed.

Spoke to Dr Bob and he wanted to know an update on his account. asked Des and she said ‘sales rep” updates the client. So i called Justin to ask for “what to tell him” and was referred to the home page under marketing to go over w/Dr Bob. About ad words, said to ask him what budget he wants and Chan would charge the card and set up the account-she manages it. would email him the “viewing acct> for his ad words. Dr Bob also wnated info on dashboard-called Des and she said would reset his password and send him the logins, and also get the bus review page log in and would CC me on the info.
Called Dr Bob back and gave him the update on his SEO and told him we would email him the loggins for the accts. Said he is not going to do the PPC program until later in the yr. as spending 1500 a mth on mailers at this time and is effective. getting 15 new patients a mth. Thought he had “lost” ranking— told him he is on page 1 2nd position-so not sure what he meant.

Also, he said he doesn’t really like how the homepage looks (first section). I told him that we are working on resizing the hero image since it’s stretched out and blurry, but he was mostly fixated on the look of the homepage on mobile. He still wants to keep his original green logo but he said he will go over it and let me know further details.

The size of the hero image slider currently cuts off the full image. Please make the slider full width so that you can see the entire image.

Since they have Adwords Management as part of their package, they would just need to set aside that marketing budget which will go DIRECTLY towards their campaign — they will receive an invitation from Google after they dedicate a budget and Chandra sets up their campaign.

Techy guy-knows programming-spent 1 million dollars on a new practice and updating this new location, wants results quickly, super nice-did not give me specifics on design elements but will be very precise as he has a vision.
