Called Dayna within 5 mins of submission. Very nice. She is a new hire and is shopping around for the dr. It was her suggestion to update it cause she feels its horrific. She has the same vision with us how it is important that the site is clean and navigational from the patient’s perspective.

They have a logo already and she is managing their social media. Wants to also focus on SEO.

She was leaning towards the Gold package based on the features. Gave her overview of everything.

Gave her assurance that we have the same vision as hers and the importance of the website’s design. Also pointed out we are down the street so we are familiar with the competition and the cities around which needs to be targeted.

Showed her Dr Mansouri’s search result for SEO and how she’s dominating. She did a search herself while on the phone and saw. Told her she averages 80 new patients a month and that is our goal with them too.

She wants a design that has the feature where you hover over a featured button, a certain part of the body is highlighted which I told her we definitely can with our custom design which is future proof as well. Showed her an example of a client that had this feature which gave her confidence in our capabilities.

She said dr is on holiday vacation right now and that she will discuss with the drs when they are back after the new year. Told her I’ll touch base with her then.

Extremely nice and very hot. Not sure on the budget if it is within the dr’s. Call 1st week.
