Maissa (Mesa) called me back. Looking to get a site develop cause they are starting Adwords (adsense) and Yelp.

Just started shopping around. Budget $0-$100 initial. Looking for a template. Offered him the Optizign template gave pointers on how it is better than other companies. Told him best I can do is $500 + $79/m. He asked if it was still negotiable which I told him its the best but to let me know what he’s been offered so i can review and point out the difference and hidden fees.

apologized to him explaining that i had a call from a stephanie who had called in while i was typing up the email for him. Explained to him how hosting works and the range of pricing he can get. Basic hosting will have no security, small server, no email, etc. Speed and Protection is a big factor for any website which we include. Again told him that when it comes to Quality, Pricing and Support, ours is competitive. Told him that any one he is considering to let me know and i can point it out.
