I have not been able to get in contact with Dr. Satterfield-Siegel. We need to discuss adding content, her slogans for the slider and her logo. Please reach out to her.

– Dr. Siegel – extremely nice
– dr is going on vacation Thur 12/29, got dr to order and squeeze in interview today to expedite and have a concept by next week when she is back.

– dr has had bad experience in the past bc companies did a poor job understanding what her vision is. She is a dentist that specializes in kids with special needs dealing with CLEFT Pallet surgeries so she wants to target that audience.
– I was able to connect with her and gave her a lot of guidance and tips which she liked and from their earn her trust so you need to do the same so we are all on the same page.

– I will be working with you Jessica and Dr to come up with a LOGO design based on the new practice name to target those patients and for visitors to know what she specializes in.
– please work on doing the interview to get colors/layouts, etc for now.

– Important: she has a few tag lines with messages and I gave her idea to use this in the HEADER images transitioning with a message in each one. Make sure we do this.

This project overall is mostly about BRANDING. OVerall dr is very excited because she’s been shopping and interviewing companies and glad she found us cause she feels confident now that we get her and her vision.

Dr called me back. Extremely nice. Dr is currently with Officite but was previously with another company. She switched to office site cause there were a lot of issues with the site such as hacking/virus.

When she switched to officite, they created a temp site on a “.net” (not sure if thats the one online). She wasn’t happy because they placed her cell on there and it got picked up by yelp and other directories so she got a bunch of calls. Secondly, she didn’t like the design cause it was template like and it was not what she imagined bc she had showed them what she liked somewhere and they said they can do it.

I had pointed out to her how I am familiar with this and their tactic which was consisten with what was told to her.

She’s looking for a company to help her rebrand and rename her practice cause she spent months thinking. She treats kids with special needs primarily and offers a CLEFT procedure that no other offers. She also has a few tag lines and message she wants to convey which i suggested that it should go in the header with images and the messages transitioning which she really liked. Also suggested to get a page for CLEFT which will be optimized targeting all of those searching in/around her area. Also will be a focal point on the home page so others know she offers this. I gave her confidence and assurance that I will be there to help coordinate with the team here cause this is my area of expertise (dental, branding, marketing, etc).

Suggested to go with the Platinum cause dr not interested in any marketing.
