Dr called in. was in a coffee shop. very loud. Extremely nice.

Husband/wife practice. Acquired from a doctor that is leaving. In a high-end area near silicone valley. Spoke to a few companies so far but didn’t like what they had offered. Seem to want to get one up soon. Site is very out-dated.

Went over the GOLD, didn’t get to go higher bc dr had questions. I connected with her bc she felt I understood what she was looking for and also my suggestions before she even had to explain.

Seem to want a temp site up soon and then work on the main site because dr has a large patient base that she wants to transition them over to her. Told her we can put a temp one in about 3 days at least and then work on the actual site.

Marketing is important too bc she is in silicon valley. She will want to discuss this next.

Sent Gold for now so she can review along with pointers and examples. hot lead. call in 2 days.

got a missed call from dr. (out to lunch). Called Dr back within 5 mins of missed call. Dr had questions about SEO. Spent 5 mins discussing SEO (on-site) and advanced SEO (off-site). Recommended min of 20 hrs/m ($500). Also brought up PPC which she's never heard of. Was in the middle of explaining, dr had to go see a patient. Will call me back in 15 mins when she's done.
