I had PRP/PRF done and I healed twice as fast! I was completely healed within 4 days of my procedure! I have lymphoma and I have been feeling much better after my procedure. EZ Dental did an amazing job with me! They were very thorough and informed. All of my questions and concerns were answered. I had the most amazing cleaning and treatment at this office, seriously it was like my teeth were brand new.

Wow! I am absolutely amazed with EZ Dental, they are THE dental office to go to. This dental clinic has been around for so long, they have deep roots in the Bellevue community. The Doctors are very well educated, and I loved that they took the time with me to explain all of my options. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. My first visit with this team was great! The hygienist Ilya Golochapov was friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to make everything as comfortable as possible for you while taking X rays. He is also very good about answering all my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was just a patient he was trying to get through. He seems to genuinely care about his patients. I’ve been going here for nearly a year, and at first I was a little wary because my last dentist was awful, but I’ve gradually grown to enjoy this dental clinic (as much as anyone can enjoy the dentist). They can be a little short sometimes if you’re late, and they don’t really take any bs, but as long as you’re not a jerk, they can be quite nice and helpful. I’ve only ever had one dentist who was a little rude and short with me, but I don’t think they work there anymore. But Ilya is awesome! The appointments tend to take a bit long, but it’s a busy place so that’s normal. They always have a nature show on which is great because there’s something to focus on if you’re the anxious type, like myself. It’s also quite cheap for the quality compared to others, which is great of you need something done your insurrance doesn’t cover. It’s a pretty good dentist, in my opinion. -Yaya W.

Painless, quick and easy. Ilya, the hygenist, made x-rays a breeze while I watched manta rays explore the ocean on the flat screen. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain everything about my procedure. I have full confidence in EZ dental and look forward to coming back. -Ben G.

Great professional service, on time, good appointment reminders, good follow up
After making my appointment with EZ Dental Clinic I read the Yelp reviews and have to admit I was a little concerned. But I was just going to have my teeth cleaned and get a general exam so figured what could go wrong.. Boy was I surprised in a good way!! The assistant who did my x-rays did a very thorough and competent job, the hygienist (or dentist) who checked my gums for periodontal disease was good, professional and throough as well and the hygienist (Illiad) who cleaned my teeth was OUTSTANDING and did an INCREDIBLE job. One of the best teeth cleanings I have ever had. Illiad was conversational and, and obviously, at ease (likes FM 101.5 – LOL). The only thing that stands out in the way of possibly needing improvement is the “homieness” of the Office. It is not like visiting the Dentist I had gone to for 30 years, but I knew everyone there, they had lived life with me, seen my kids grow up, etc. First time visit doesn’t lend itself to such friendliness. And I may have been a little on guard when I got there due to Yelp. Again, I found the Yelp reviews not to be true at all and would recommend EZ Dental to my friends and family. -Bruce B.

It has come to our attention that the “Request an Appointment” feature on our website is not functioning. In fact, we haven’t received one appointment request from the website since moving over to Optimized 360.

I just tested the appointment feature myself and after filling out each box the submission button is stuck on “Please Wait.” This bug was also reported by multiple patients this week.

As I’m sure you know, we rely heavily on the ability for patients to book online and we can/will lose out on significant business if it’s not available. Please let us know when this can be fixed.

3. On the promotions page (drop down on About Us navigation link) can we please remove the current promotions listed? We can replace those with, “Please check back soon for our 2017 promotions.”

1. Can we make the top area with the navigation links and phone number larger and bolder? It seems to get a little lost from the boldness of the rest of the site.

2. A super minor content edit but can we change the phone number to 425-746-6090? The phone number on our current website with Dental Genius is incorrect and a part of a tracking program we will no longer be using as we’ve canceled with them.

3. I’m wondering if the black color at the top and the bottom is too dark with the body of the site? What would it look like if we went slightly lighter with a grey or other monochromatic color? Feel free to let me know your thoughts on this.

4. Once we get past the layout/colors we will definitely want to work with you to find images that are less family/kid oriented and more adult focused as we specialize in implants, dentures, etc.

– Madeline (extremely nice). not the dr but in charge for the doctors.

– currently with DentalGenius, hate working with them. They need to cancel with then within 30days.
– put a temp site up for them and have domain point to us. once done, let her know so she can shut it down with them.
– understands its just a simple site and will take a few business days
– communication is important to them cause that’s what was lacking at the current company.
– current site, they didn’t like how they didn’t put any thoughts into it. For example, where we usually have featured services button, they put an entire paragraph in there.
– client wants us to show our area of expertise when it comes to design and putting all the components that are important to convert patients.

– I’ve sent her design questionnaire already.

Website: 12 installments of $330/m (1 year contract), then drops to $79/m.

Spoke to Madeline. New hire. Wants to switch from Dental Genius. Horrible experience. Takes weeks for simple changes. Site doesn’t make sense.

Told her how I am familiar with her complaint. Many have switched over to us.

Went over the packages. More interested in Gold due to budget but even so, it was too high. She will talk to dr to figure out what his budget is.

She called me back. Really wants to go with us but it was too much. Structured a package to go with 1 year contract breakign up the initial into 12 installments + the month. After 1 year, it drops to month to month at $79/m.

She will talk to dr and get back to me by Monday.
