Also, I’m going to assign Rosario Carmona, who is copied in this email, to be the liaison to get the website updated. As you can see, it’s been at least 10 months or more since we last spoke and I have not been able to update the website.

There are some tasks that need to be taken care of for now:
1- We need to change the link to the patient portal to Athena’s patient portal as we go live in January with them.
2- The box where pt’s can send us an email is not working (bottom right of the page)
3- A picture for Rosario Carmona needs to be added to the “meet the staff” page, and we would like to add other staff members to that page.
4- The Diabetes link talks about the Prostate, not about diabetes. That needs to be fixed.
5- We need to embed my NJ TOP DOC and AMERICAN BOARD OF OBESITY MEDICINE logos to the page somewhere

There are other projects coming up and that’s why I would like for Rosario to take over as she would be more available than I am to undertake all these issues.

Spoke with Dr. Tejeda over the phone. He domain account transfer was completed and he would like to go live with the website. His emails are through google.

Dr. Tejeda emailed me information regarding a domain transfer. He wants to go live but he does not have the login credentials for the company hosting his domain. I emailed Dr. Tejeda asking if he would like to proceed with domain transfer to our account. Afterwards we can adjust the A record and apply the domain to our site.

Based off of our discussion I have compiled a design draft for your review. Please take a moment to review this concept and let me know of any changes you would like to see.

A few things to note:
-We enlarged the logo, but we will need a high-resolution logo from you in order for it to be clean.
-A watermark or back-drop was added to the header area behind the logo.
-Spanish translator is located on the navigation menu.
-We will need the link to the patient forms but we have created a button for the form.

Images and text can be changed at any time, if there are only minor edits from here, it would be a good idea to move your website into development.

“I like the color scheme and design. Most of the team would like to see more presence of the logo of the company which is only on the left upper corner and very small. If there could be a larger logo on the left and a transparent background image would be great. I would also like on the first page something that translates the page to Spanish, if possible. They are also requesting a form completion link for patients to be able to fill out the intake forms online and submit electronically if that is possible.”
