Please change the color of the current floating button to maybe a YELLOW color? Currently it is blended in there and its hard to identify. Also, can you make the button bigger vertically (put the text in 2 rows). This way it will be more prominent.

On the promo page, add another promo: “Free 2nd Opinion/Consultation”. Just duplicate what is there and replace the wording with this.

Talked to dr per our scheduled call. Dr was very nice. Dr thinks that the ppc was working and the issue was tracking them and potential their staff. I had told him about the vanity # which will take care of the tracking and also record the convo. Dr liked that idea. He will get that setup. We will also be activating the call feature on mobile device which will fwd to this #.

Spoke to dr. Currently on 1st page for map and organic. Suggest to try PPC to dominate the 1st page in all 3 areas. Also he is in a small town and wants to target nearby cities which are 1-15 miles away. He is out in the country.

Told dr he has no issue with 1st page but should do this to rule out that no one searches online. Do it for 2 months and see. Dr was really nice. Alternative in the future if it doesn’t work out is to do local marketing drawing patients to go online to his site. Dr agrees.

Felicia became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2008 and never looked back. Along with her RDA, she is certified in CPR and first aid. She has also attended the Academy of GP Orthodontics Assistants Course in 2010. Felicia has been married to her husband, Jerad, for nine years. They have one daughter, Isabella. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active, scrapbooking, and spending time with her entire family.

Tiffany Galvan – Registered Dental Assistant

Tiffany was born and raised in Rockdale. Tiffany began her dental career in 2000 while attending college at ITT Technical Institute. Upon graduating and entering the field of her degree, she found that dentistry was were her heart was and obtained her certification as a Registered Dental Assistant. She is also certified in CPR and first aid and continues to stay up to date on continuing education.

Tiffany and her husband, Mitchell, have a son, Tristan, and a daughter, Kinley. When she’s away from the office, Tiffany likes spending time with family and friends, camping, shopping, and reading.

Chris Lewis – Front Desk/Financial Coordinator

As the Financial Consultant for Dr Pendleton’s office, Chris’ job is to help people construct a plan to restore their mouth. Whether its a couple of fillings or a full mouth restoration, she is there to provide guidance and direction to all patients. It’s very fulfilling for Chris to lead this process and, in many cases, transform a person’s life. Being a part of that has always been her favorite part of her work. In her spare time, Chris competes in Endurance riding on her horses, runs, travels and helps her husband with their farm and cattle.
